I was out running errands and had I was famished. The signs inside said they used grass fed beef and they also offered organic chicken sandwiches. I got a single patty cheeseburger. It looked as if it were formed by hand, not by machine; the uneven edges were the tip-off. Unlike 5 Guys the burger and bun here were not full of grease. It was a great tasting burger; very palate-pleasing; a flavor youd more expect to find in a full restaurant, not a fast food joint. I was pleasantly surprised. If one knows anything about food, its that Olive Oil is the most heart-healthy oil out there. smh Do people really expect to be told jokes and entertained while they wait for their food at a minimum-wage fast food joint? Really? What did you bring with you personality-wise, anything? The two guys working on Veterans Day, 11NOV2015 were pleasant, courteous, and took pride in the food they served. I guess some people just like to complain. How would your daily attitude be judged if those around you were asked to comment? Hmm? I thought so. Ill make a point of going back there when next Im in the area. I hope they open more Elevation Burger places in the near future. Id take them over 5 Guys and Id most definitely preferan Elevation Burger before I opted for BK or Mickey Ds.

I end up going all the time. Like the Half the Guilt burger. One beef patty and one veggie patty. Not as heavy as 2 patties of meat, and they kind of compliment, and I feel like I am doing myself a favor with the whole wheat bun and all the topping options. You can even get the burger in lettuce if you dont want a bun. Also works. Also good dressings to add, to mix up the taste sometimes. Also like that I get a free burger for every 10 or 12 I buy (they have a punch card). Also get it out quick....important for a working lunch. Staff are really friendly and nice also. Overall, nice place!

Felt like eating a good burger today, so I decided to order through uber eats since they service my area and I have to say is "WOW"...I just found my new favorite burger joint, the burger wasnt greasy and didnt give me that yucky feeling after eating it, the fries were okay but I think it was because they were soggy by the time they got to me and the shake was absolutely amazing (vanilla ice cream, banana and strawberry)...Anyway...Next time I want a burger Ill stop by and eat in!

EXCELLENT! Juicy ORGANIC beef burger with generous topping choices.. Their delicious french fry side is cooked in olive oil. The vibe is laid back and pleasant. They offer organic chicken for those that dont want beef. In addition, they offer malts and milkshakes in surprisingly different flavor variations. Staff is warm and friendly. Check it out. You wont be disappointed!

Definately quality meat. The special sauce is not big deal atleast i could not taste it. I could not understand why tje french fries were so blah? Definitely not a bad place much better than burgerking or mcd. This place is as good as a five guys. I like the meat better at evolution burger. If they focused on some higher end buns and fries it could bring it up a notch

I received a gift card from Christmas. I placed my order and the manager on duty had no idea how to redeem the card. She called an employee and they also had no idea. I ended up just leaving. Elevation burger please step up your training. Im not the only one complaining about customer service. Please wake up or you will be shut down like the pines location

A very straight forward burger joint, a la 5 guys. However, this has the healthy twist that many of us are now pursuing. While the burgers are good, the meat is so clean that it wont be as good as 5 guys, but the fries are TOP NOTCH! The perfect thing would be to combine 5 guys and this place and call it Burger Heaven!!!

Overall it was great. Veggie burger #1 has good taste and you can put any topping you want (reminds me of Five Guys), a variety of cheeses (cheddar, swiss), and fries that can come plan fried in olive oil or with cheese. The Elevation Sauce is worth a shot. Chocolate shake is AWESOME. And you can add real fruit to the shake.

Overall the experience was underwhelming. I like the focus the chain has on organic and fresh ingredients however the burger missed the favor. The guacamole felt processed and meat Pattys were dry and overcooked. Fries were also over salted. With so many other burger chains topping this the experience was disappointing.

The place is good, I wish they had more options about healthy products. Something healthier to drink, instead of unhealthy sodas and artificial drinks. This is a company that promotes healthy eating and the philosophy is superb but would be great if they incorporate things like non dairy products and gluten free breads.

Kind of saw the bad reviews as a challenge lol. Popped in (we were the only guests on a saturday night). And the food was banging! We got a bbq burger and veggie burger and shared fries (plus the guy was slicing them in person which is rare). It was a good day for a cheat meal and Elevation burger definitely delivered

Those four stars are deceptive. Very boring burger. The only thing looking forward too was the GMO-free aspect of it. Beef had little favor. Their special sauce had nothing to offer. The bread is awful. Cheese fries were decent to say the least. Probably wont come back. Even Fives Guys is better joint than this place

Sorry but I dont agree. For the price they charge...... Definitely not worth it. Char hut, burger fi, and even five guys blows them out of the water. The store was clean and service was good. I just expected way more for what they charge. The burger was bland and dry. Save your money and drive through chikfila.

Elevation Burger was excellent. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The service was fast and correct. The burgers were delicious, and the topping choices were excellent. The fries were very good too. The salad dressing was strong and too spicy/mustardy, but for a burger, this place was a great find.

Great place! The burgers are on point, not overly greasy. The best part is, its a Halal joint! While they have bacon on the menu, they have a separate small oven for it. The manager, Vil, is super friendly and is the one who spoke to me directly in regards to these details. Definitely try it out!

Good place to get a quality burger and fries. A previous reviewer mentioned the customer service being drab and dead, and thats absolutely correct. There seems to be no spirit there, as though someone has decimated all sense of joy in this place. Keep your sanity in check.

PHENOMENAL!!!!! I have suggested it to EVERYONE I know. I am totally hooked and I dont even like eating meat very often. The fries are delicious. That "elevation" sauce is sooo yummy! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!!! Great prices too. :)

Service was awesome the guac and burger was amazing. I highly recommend it, but wish it was a little cheaper. I understand quality and quantity, but for 15$ i can get more then just fries, a drink and a burger. Lol. But excellent meat and awesome service.
