Went for the first time tonight, decided to try since its close to the movie theater and this site had good recommendations. It was close to 9pm, on a friday night. We called in advance to make sure they didnt close early (they said they closed at 10:30). The salmon was so dry it made my fiance vomit. (including myself after we left, it tasted so fishy, and salmon should never taste THAT fishy) It must have been sitting there all day leftover from lunch. In fact everything was dry, chicken, scallops, the crab angels were so dry the cream center had basically evaporated down to powder. The sushi was horrible, no choice, the nigiri style sushi tasted awful, it was warm and tasted like vinegar. I dont think i have ever had Chinese food that offensive. It was 8.99 for Dinner, just plain out terrible. Never have i been this disappointed where i felt the need to write a review, but seeing that my family and i used this site to actually influence our decision, I felt obligated to tell about our experience. Eastern Buffet for now on.

The staff was smilin,g and kept the used plates off the table and cups full. That was the only plus. Now for a real review. As I made my way in the decore looked sun faided, and the atmosphere was somber at best. There was food being stored in a section of dinning area that they blocked off from customers, but was out in the open beside the buffet bars. The silverware was clean, and the plates were clean. But the food was cold almost warm. The food had obviously been out, and would continue to be out untill the pan was empty. This is a cost effective way of not throwing away food. But it is very unsafe. This I surmise lead to the stomach virus, my daughter and I caught. I mean to tell you it HURT. I was sweating and my whole body was flush as I sat in my bathroom praying my daughters pain would go away. She is to little to understand what made hers hurt. So she just cries. $23 for the meal. On the plus side my 10 year old didnt get sick. I think its because she only at the fruit.

In comparison to other buffets in the surrounding area this place just doesnt cut it for me. As a Chinese food fanatic I have had my share of buffets.... I live right up the street from here and decided to bypass St. Andrews traffic and try this out. Im far from impressed. The honey chicken was bland. General Taos was way overcooked to the point I couldnt even get my fork through it. The dumplings were overcooked as well and dry. The fried chicken was fresh and tasty but I asked for hot sauce packets because Im not a fan of the other ones offered in store and they "didnt have any", so what exactly do they give their take out customers? I know many places that leave that stuff out for dine-in guests. Everything was basically okay...

One is the lowest rating I can give. I stop here just after it opened and it was not good. So I gave it a while to see if it would improve. It has not . the scum had solidified on top of the egg drop soup it tasted nasty . the hot and sour soup also was terrible. Everything on the bar was old and dried . the general Tao had cooked so long the sauce was like ketchup . the eggrolls were hard and the chicken on a stick literally made a cracking sound when you pulled it apart. If you insist on eating here stick to your soda and the canned fruit . they are safe. No one here had anything to do with cooking it. Safe your money go to Macdonalds

I will be the first to say if you read a review from here earlier than 2009 that said the place was great .THEY ARE LYING. The food quality has definitely gone down.Everything is either old, over-cooked, or dry. The customer service is terrible and all the food look as though it reeked of food-born bacteria. If you are looking for over-priced food , bad customer services, and food that makes you want to vomit Super NASTY BUFFET is the place for you. Dont believe the hype yes this used to be a wonderful restaurant back around 2008-2009 but as the years has gone so have the quality of service.

Been 3 times in the past 3 weeks man came to the table asked is anything tasted like it need to be refreshed he would cook it fresh, very friendly and clean.... I feel bad for the reviews that are negative for 5.99 you cant even eat at McDonalds.... American Chinese buffets isnt made to be a 5 star dining experience.... look at the price.... I think it has been good every time!

Arrved at 6:45 PM and the food is very dried out, and and taste like it has been sitting out for HOURS , and very little selection. This is the WORST China Buffet that I have ever experienced . Customers should NEVER have to request fresh food because whats out on buffet, has been out for too long !!!!

Always silent and peaceful. Great tasting food and hot. Only thing is they need to flavor up the pepper steak but other than that these guys deserve more business and more revenue. Thank yall for the food! Always wonderful !

Never eating there again there food was cold and tasted old try to charge me 20 for two didnt even get my moneys worth the guy said the food was fresh but forgot to turn the burners on the warmer haha yeah right

This is the most horrible chinese restaurant I have ever been to. If you go there for dinner prepare to eat food that has been sitting out since lunch time! I would save your money and go somewhere else.

I travel allover the US and I go to many Chinese Buffet s and this is the worst one I have ever been to. The food was terrible, and the place was Dirty. I guess its my fault for not checking first.

I eat all over the country at buffets. This one is average. Its OK bit limiter food select compared to the big ones. Dont let the name fool you- not super king. Just average. Ken the trainer .....

It was the worst place I ever ate at. The chicken still had hair on it. The buffet was 2/3 empty. The tea was sour. Hope Im not going to get sick. I went at 8:00 pm on a Saturday
