The previous reviews are all 1. posted by the restaurants friends/family 2. posted by people that dont care what they eat. Cmon! I live 8 blocks away and keep coming back to try this place every few months or so when I dont want to drive to Golden China. Always let down...indo-chinese, chinese, you name it I have tried it. The only thing worth a dingdong is the lentil soup! I lived in seattle for 15 years with ALL kinds of asian cuisine. CK is expensive for what you get and the quality is POOR...go to golden wok and get pretty much the ONLY decent chinese style food in the triad. Their rent is high, so they charge more than necessary, but the quality is NOT here....sorry, I really REALLY wish it was good and not filled with gelatin and msg and cornstarch etc....but it is and I do not lie about food. PLEASE try...golden wok on bridford prkwy, even imperial Koi is better but the best is always Vietnamese Garden...not chinese but much better than middlin chinese.

Food - This is one of the one of the best Indo Chinese food and is reasonably priced. Whenever i m in Greensboro area i crave to eat at this place. I have only tried Indo-Chinese so my review is limited to it. The soup is very good you should not miss it, i also like Fish chilli at this place. My friends have tried vegetarian stuff which is quite good. Decor - its located in not one of the upmarket strips, i always thank my friend who first took me here, from outside i will think twice to enter a place like this! Interior is pretty basic. Service - the waitress is little quirky, she tells you what you should eat and sometimes it feels like she is ordering you, i think its just here way off being friendly. one complaint from my friend is when he asked to refill the fried noodles(they serve it complimentary), she said something like "will you take your main course to go" :) - sometimes they are slow to bring your food if its crowded.

Well maybe the Indo-Chinese menu selections are good as I have not had them, but my lunch specials were really awful and disappointing. Double portions of rice make up more than 1/2 the dish, leaving the portion of what I ordered for the main dish as very small. The sesame chicken was tough pieces of chicken, not at all tender, and Kung Pao Shrimp was tasteless and no spice or flavor at all. I was very disappointed as I had read the good reviews and expected so much more. I live in Greensboro and will certainly go somewhere else for my Chinese food.

Being an Indian, I can vouch for the Indo-Chinese items in the menu, specially the Manchurian dishes. Not excellent or anything, but definitely good enough to create a bit of Nostalgia! Will definitely visit again. I believe the rest of the menu is also good, because my friends had Pad Thai and Chicken curry, and they were quite happy with how it tasted! The food is definitely a tad spicy unlike some other Chinese restaurants who serve bland/ slightly sweet curry dishes. gotta try it to like it!

I used to really like this restaurant. The food is really good but I have gotten the wrong order for take out more than once. I have not found the service in general to be particularly good even while dining in. The last straw was going in there during dinner dining hours. Despite the place being empty, they would not work with me on any substitutions for which I was willing to pay extra. I left and had a nice dinner at Phoenix Asian up the street which I can highly recommend.

Final my search for mongolian beef is over. The taste and texture I grew up on has eluded me since Ive been in NC. This place nailed it. Fried items were done ro perfection, dumplings were authentic and very good. Service was great, this is a jewel of a find. Scratching my head regarding negative reviews. My new favorite Chinese food restaurant by far. Cant wait for my next trip.

Food was great and the service was as well. The Mongolian Beef was amazing and the wife had sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was tender and fresh and the sause wasnt overpowering. Spring roll was spot on crispy and had a good taste. I have been coming to Chinese Kitchen for 15 years now. Even though it changed hands, they kept the same quality. Highly recommend!!!!

I have been ordering from here for many years, even when they were at their old location. I primarily order take-out, although the new building is very nice inside. The owners are friendly and recognize repeat customers, the food is always superb, and the service is prompt. I would place them at the top of my list for Chinese food in Greensboro.

I was totally surprised and pleasantly too to find an indochinese place in Greensboro.Kind of hole in the wall with sidey decor. It has chicken manchurian, gobi manchurian and the works including American Chopsuey. And the best part was that it was actually tasty! Going there for dinner now.

Love the souffle - all of them. Havent had a less than mediocre dish here. And the atmosphere is just so welcoming. The wait staff is top notch. Ive been here a couple of dozen times at least and cant think of one time I left unsatisfied. Its location keeps it something of a hidden secret.

Horrible service, sat to place a take out order for over 20 min without even the slightest hello. Very surprised by all the positive reviews, something tells me they may be artificially inflated.

The Chinese food made to order here is moderately good, but I dont recommend getting food at the buffet. It is a little on the greasy side, overall not remarkably bad or good for a Chinese place.

Went there for 1st time tonight. We got Shrimp Pad Thai with almost raw shrimp. And by far the worst Gen Taos chicken Ive ever had by far. Wont be going back.

- Great little gem. It is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the slight detour. The best Orange Chicken I have had. Always good service and good food.

My favorite in Greensboro. Chicken and broccoli is always good. Location is hidden a bit, at the back of Quacker village. Its never crowded.
