My wife and I stopped in for dinner one evening after just having moved to the area. We were seated quickly, and our drinks were brought to us in a timely manner. When we tried to order a pasta dish, we were told "we dont have that here". A little perturbed, I ordered something else. My wife and I also ordered salads with our meals, so as we waited on our dinners, we helped ourselves to the salad buffet. The buffet was barely stocked, and there wasnt much to choose from in the way of salad toppings. Once we had our salads, we sat down and began to eat. I had mixed my salad together a bit to get dressing on everything, and about four or five bites in, I noticed an interesting dark item on a piece of lettuce. I had a dead fly in my salad! I called our waitress over to let her know about it and that we were going to go someplace else for dinner, and she gave a nonchalant "oh,ok"! Not even a simple "sorry" was given! I, for one, will definately NOT be eating there again!

If I could rate it negative I would. The manager was rude... And just kept giving me excuses and telling me I was at fault for their mistake and i would have to wait for her to fill other orders so it would tale twice as long for me to get the corrected pizzas...Disrespectful to a mistake that was made by them because she was all alone and apparently overwelmed... Even though it was Wednesday oh god help her on an actually busy day. I chose to walk out and go to the parris island gateway pizza hut... They have always had such great customer service... When they were on Ribaut. I will NEVER order from here again and I will be sure to spead the word NOT TO GIVE THESE PPL BUSINESS!!! HORRIBLE FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE HERE!!!

Pizza was burnt and I had to go back because they got my order wrong. I had ordered a hand tossed pepperoni pizza and when I got home I found a cherry pepper and pepperoni pizza. I had contacted the manager and he apologized about the mix-up and he told me to come back and pick up the right order. I ordered my pizza online and I just do not understand why my order was mixed up with someone else order. And like I said earlier the second and first pizza was burnt.

Pizza delivered with hardly any cheese on it! Manager made excuses and said "Im sure they told you that you have to ask for extra cheese if you want a lot of cheese on your pizza " however, the pizza hardly had any cheese to begin with nor any sauce and we did ask for extra sauce. The manager offered to bring another pizza but had to pick up the one with no cheese, therefore we had to wait to eat. Very disappointed!!

Horrible, will never eat here again. After ordering three large Pizzas for carryout, I waited over 20 min. just to get my then Cold pizzas. There was no one in line but me but somehow it took them 20 min to finally give me my already made, waiting in the warmers Pizza. It was disgusting and had a weird chemical smell and taste. Needless to say, the Dogs were happy!

Manager has a very nasty attitude, he wasnt nice from the time I walked in. No customer service skills what so ever. Pizza was ok, he did forget to put on the jalapeños I ask for, but after dealing with his attitude I just decided not to come back anymore. I felt sorry for the other employees bc he was not nice to them at all.

This Pizza Hut is amazing and so is the Port Royal location. Even though I ordered my pizza at 935 (they close at10 ) they still prepared it perfectly, extra cheese and all with a buttery garlic crust! I love yall God bless the pizza makers!!! Laaawd Im eating while typing and its heaven!

The pizza was good and still warm... thats the pros. The cons: customer service was way below par, the pizza driver took over 30 minutes to deliver ( i live less than 10 mins away) and no appoligy or anything from the driver or the manager when i called.

Terrible customer service. Delivery always takes over an hour and pizza is always cold. I once placed an order and an hour and a half later I called to cancel it, and the lady told me they never placed it.

This Pizza Hut is awful! It is filthy, their food is no where near the quality I have come to expect from other Pizza Huts, and their service is horrible, and in some cases down right rude.
