I purchased a sub and picked up a business card for a catering event. Sat down in my seat and a minute later the dishwasher came out and asked me where "da brownie is?" I said what brownie? Then the employee that took my order accused me of stealing it. Declaring that he "aint stupid, I seen it." I called the manager over and she offered to give me a refund. Then she told me not to complain because he said sorry. He never said sorry, in fact he told her that was lying. The manager then walked away while the rest of the customers where telling me that they where sorry. I walked out and I will never go back, except to the GM.

Went here today after my kids USMC graduation. They had a huge selection of hot sauces. One of my particular is my favorite. It was there own house Datil Pepper sauce. Datil sauce is not very common but is very good. I had now way to get it home without checking a bag. I spoke to the manager and he actually offered to ship it to me. Very cool. Sandwich was good too. Thank you.

Firehouse Subs is totally amazing! Great customer service, pleasant atmosphere, and my order didnt take long at all! I highly recommend ordering "The Firehouse Meatball Sub", its completely delicious!
