I tried to order a simple box of wings and ended up having to call 3 times. After a man finally answered I was on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then after giving the man my personal information, he put me on hold for another 10 minutes. When he finally got back it was a woman and I had give all my personal information again. Then i tried to give her my order, which I had already decided online. When I asked the woman for them she said in a rude tone "we dont have those" and gave me a choice of JUST FOUR different wing flavors and continued the rude tone throught the rest of the order.after waiting 90 minutes it was almost 11 pm, we were all starving. When I didnt give the man much of a tip he glared at me wondering why he didnt get any extra money. This infuriated me even more. I will never be ordering from this pizza hut ever again.

Under cooked Pizza!! I ordered 2 medium pizzas; one pan cheese only, and the other supreme hand-toss. Both pizzas arrived very doughy, and after I ate two slices i felt sick to my stomach. Had to throw out the pizzas I called the restaurant to let them know, but they offered to remake the pizzas; why would i want to have the same pizzas remade to only come back 30 mins later doughy once again. Very bad customer service; manager shouldve offered a full refund.

2.1 miles away. Got my order in 65 minutes, they forgot the Sierra mist. Happens right? Guy says Ill be back with it and says call first. I call and let em know. No problem. As Im writing this review its already been 42 minutes. Never order from this pizza hut. He is out there right delivering other peoples pizza with my sierra mist. Anything more than a 1 star on here is either somebody they know or someone that asked for takeout.

Maybe its me but the females there are rude, first time i placed an order they forgot to make it made me and my daughter wait for 45 mins, second time i walked in 3 people in the front and the lady replied its only for call in orders for delivery. Well since im here have them deliver it to my car in the parking lot sorry sir we cant do that you have to wait 45 mins for delivery so off to papa johns pizza hut is horrible

This is my home store and they are so friendly. Super nice employees and the pizzas are made great! I mean if you put light sauce, its actually light sauce. Extra cheese? It shows its extra cheese! Every slice has toppings. And its always delivered hot. There used to be some problems on the phone with people not being very nice but for the past few months its gotten so much better!!! Love it! The people and the food.

The wings are simply the best Ive ever had at any restaurant. Im addicted to them. Pizza is always great and I have eaten here more than 15 times. The place is usually not very crowded. Everyone has been really friendly even when I had to change my order several times. Place is clean enough. 4 out of 5. Better than other restaurants in the area.

I go here often Love the salad bar all you eat has beets, chick peas, eggs cheddar cheese , 2 different salads Cesar salad, and reg toss salad with tomatoes, the service is great just ask for Joanie she so sweet if people dont come in for the they would come in her. Great deserts unforgettly I can have but enjoy if can.

This is the place to go to if you are heading out to the theatre. Great portions and tasty food with wonderful and friendly service. You cant go wrong with any selection, some of my favorites are the fried zuccini, chicken parm, marsala parpadelle. The red sangria is also delicious.

Pizza has been good so far, but you must order take out if not itll take forever to reach you, usually more than an hour. They lack customer service..i dont think its much of a priority but the buffalo wings from this pizza hut are really good, theyre meaty and delicious.

we dined in with a party of 6, they were out of most of the drinks. the table and menus were not clean. also 4 of the 6 people ended up with stomach cramps and diarrhea. we ate there on 6/20/2015 it is now the 22nd and i am still sick. ruined trip to florida.

really bad, had to wait 85 minutes, pizza was cold, my daugther (7years old) said eating this pizza is like eating crackers and peperoni. no taste, nothing good on it, and the worst, the price... they should be giving this pizza for free to homeless people.

The only thing is nice about this place is the lady serving that is the only one in there serving the tables..... This place needs to hire someone to help to sit here and order takes no less than an hour when is full, imagine to receive the order.....

The worst one ever..!! I had ordered a hand tossed pizza and they delivered a thin crust after an hour. I asked them to change it and it took another hour for them to deliver. worst experience ever!! think twice befor you go to this pizza hut!

the pizza is great and all, BUT the people who work there are pretty rude. I was standing there for five minutes and the lady didnt even acknowledged me even once. was not at all satisfied, made the excitement of pizza change tremendously.

horrible managers do not like to resolve and completely ignore customer service the pizza is terrible and they stole 25 dollars from me in my last order and to this day they refuse to give me my money back i am going to the police

Doesnt even deserve one star. I ordered for delivery online. Driver took an hour and thirty minutes to deliver. When I called the manager she was rude and said it was on its way and hung up. Will not order from here anymore.
