this is probably the worst pizza hut ever. countless orders messed up. but let me name a few of my experiences. 1: walked in on my break from work to get some pizza employee is screaming about how shes bisexual.. very professional. 2: asked manager for ranch and he gives me a cup that has some type of dirt or food in it so I could get ranch from the bar... he proceeds to pick the dirt out of the cup and try to give it to me. 3: ordered delivery and my pizza was wrong, called the store and got disconnected, finally reached a manager who sent me a new pizza but I have a strong feeling it was the pizza I previously returned cause it was ice cold. waited about an hour and 10 minutes for a medium pizza, I was also expecting like a complimentary coupon or something but no, which I wouldve been okay with if my pizza was frozen solid. only good experience was the delivery driver. other than that Ive received countless under cooked pizzas and pizzas missing toppings. I worked retail and im the last person to complain but holy cow. also Ive waited over 30 minutes for personal pans too. Ive been in there when customers were angry also countless times. this store needs a lot of improvement.

My sister suggested lunch at Pizza Hut in Weirton today for their hot chocolate brownie dessert. They were out of that. Anyway, we order and our cheese sticks come out. The waitress accidently tilted the tray enough for the cup of sauce to pour down my shoulder and onto my sisters pants. "Oh no, you moved just as I was putting that down." What? Is that really what you say to a customer who you just spilled hot pizza sauce on?! Not to mention I surely wasnt moving since my sister had my baby in her arms, luckily. The sauce was all over the back of my shirt, not the front had I of moved like she said. The sauce was hot. I took off the shirt in the middle of the store since it was burning my back. The waitress provided wet rags and an offer from the manager to pay for dry cleaning. Dry cleaning. She never asked if I was alright. Calls have been made but they said they dont know what to do. Really, that was said. I get it, accidents happen! Own it and make it better. I should not feel like a have a patch of sunburn in November, be out two shirts, or have had to act like a crazy lady taking off her shirt in public.

In 5years of being a truck driver I have never had issues with a pizza hut about delivering to my truck while parked in a customers yard. Nor have I ever heard of them saying they will charge me for sauce when I want wings naked and the sauce on the side. Extremely poor communication skill at this place seeing as once I placed my order online I called to verify my order since I always have it brought to my truck and always order wings naked and comment sauce on the side which they verified it was all good then 20mins later another person calls and says they wont deliver again due to me not being in the building but in the driveway/parking lot and that they normally charge for sauce. Yall need to work on your communication skill and your customer service skills, in 5yrs I have never had an issue with pizza hut like this or been spoke to in such a rude manner.

This the worst place ever. I asked for a table because I have a bad we were told non availabe when there clearly on open, but the waitress was to lazy to ask the person who placed there coat there to move it. The waitress was truly rude with a bad attitude. We had to ask for refills on our drinks since the food took over an hour to get. Then the pizza wasnt even cook right the dough was half way raw still, and so greasey that it was puddling on top of the pizza. Spoke to the manager and she didnt seem to care. She said that it looked fine to her and that they are all cooked the same. To top everything off the restrooms were out of order. They should not have even been open for that reason alone. I will be contacting their corporate office.

I placed an order over the phone and it was placed through a call center. They told me my 2 pizzas would be ready in 20mins. They took almost 2 hours to have our order ready and I understand they were busy. But the customer service was not good. We waited there for an hour and 15mins and not once did we get an apology. The only reason we didnt leave is because we had paid for our pizza before getting it because she assured us it was almost done and when they finished it she never told us. I had to ask her to check again to see if it was almost done. It had been sitting there for who knows how long.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I ordered online since I had to go to Walmart, figured Id pick up dinner for the kids after shopping. Not only was the food HORRIBLE AND COLD. When I was unloading everything from the car, I noticed my order was not complete. I immediately called and got a manager who gave me the worst attitude because THEY FORGOTTEN to give me my other order of wings!! So back in the car I go to get the order, when I get there not only do I have to wait for my food, I hear 3 other orders were messed up or missing. NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN HERE!!!!

Ordered a pizza for pick up. Picked it up and my daughter opened it once we got home and said "its burnt". Looked at the pizza, literally black.. not only did it burn, they added "fresh" cheese on top to cover up the black which essentially looked like someone puked cheese all over the pizza. Called the manager and she said "oh I just turned down the oven because I noticed it was too high". So she saw it burnt our pizza and still gave it to us. Horrible service. Last time Ill order from here.

When and if you decide to go to Pizza Hut make sure you have time,because you will have to wait and wait and wait. Not only does the hostess seats you but rings you out and waits on you. Whats wrong with these restaurant chains that has an employee do all of these jobs in the long run the customer service is very bad. Thanks Pizza Hut!

The pizza is amazing, dont get me wrong. the service however, over the phone at least is absolutely horrible usually. i called once with a woman getting smart and today as im ordering the pizza, the woman was rude and unkind. i dont appreciate the service over the phone and feel as if they should be more nice.

Dirty dining room!! Went to the restroom and it appears as if something is growing on the wall. AND someone at some point decided to use the sink as a urinal, it must have been awhile ago because it was dry on there!! STAY AWAY

I ordered my pizza at 5:40 today and it is now 8:00 and I still dont have my pizza. It said online it would take 45 min. And I love a mile away from this establishment. The service is terrible and the employees are liars!!!
