used the pizza hut app to order from this restaurant. good thing i looked in the box before the driver left, this was not my pizza. i had never ordered from pizza hut, but i was reading about the great vegan options they have. so i thought i would give it a try. i sent the pepperoni and cheese pizza back with the driver. i called the manager, explained i was a first time customer and now my dinner would be delayed even longer and i asked for my order to be replaced and since it would take another hour for me to get my food, i asked that it be comped. the manager said she could not do that. she could discount the pizza but she was not allowed to make it free. i told her i hoped to order from them again, but with the delay in getting my food, i felt it was reasonable to ask not to be charged. she refused. i told her i hoped to order more in the future and not charging me would go a long way to make up for a big mistake the first time i have ordered. she still refused. said she could not do it. she was not allowed. she said she would void my charge and then she hung up. i am surprised a manager would hang up on a guest. a guest with the wrong order sent. i wonder if the person was even a manager. one would think the manager of a restaurant could comp an order gone wrong. perhaps this is the rule of pizza hut, then i think they may have a bigger problem not empowering their managers to handle guest situations. i will be deleting pizza hut from my phone. update: i sent this to pizza hut the same night and had a response the next day. they gave me a credit. i ordered the next night. i got a vegan pizza, hand tossed crust with the pretzel seasoning on the crust. no cheese, just veggies. they really loaded the pie with the veggies. great pizza and great response to my situation.

Really disappointing experience. I explicitely ordered a pizza with no garlic on the crust. However when the pizza was ready there was a thick garlic sauce everywhere. After telling the waitress that something did not work out she reluctantly took the pizza away and told me that a new one would be served in just a few minutes. That took some time and when the replacement arrived, guess what: With garlic sauce. Again. At this time I didnt bother to complain again - what kind of customer service is this? Definitely no recommendation.

Came here for the $6.99 lunch buffet which had a good variety of pizza and salad items. Ive seen better at other Pizza Hut establishments, however there was plenty for me to eat and leave happily full. The waitress was friendly and the staff cooking seemed happy. Of course, lunch buffet isnt premium quality stuff, but it is as good as any other Pizza Hut lunch buffet. They kept up with the crowd of people and keeping the pizza and salad items stocked. For $7 it is a great price to fill up on the cheap. Will be coming back.

Was in this area for business. Ordered a pizza some wings and 2 liter. Staying at the Holliday Inn Express. The woman was very rude like it was to much of a bother to her that I ordered delivery. She took the order and didnt see my food for 1 1/2 hours. Delivery person was some guy that hated his job. Pizza was cold and the wings were old. Management needs to take a look as this was a Wednesday at 9:00 pm. Not a busy day.

This is only one star because I cant leave 0, i was told my food would be there in 40 minutes and it took 1 hour and the driver didnt bring my card receipt or a pen, the person I talked to when I first called spoke to me like I was a burden on her, if you dislike your job that much then get a new one, your job is talking to people so learn to be polite when they call.

I am a Disabled vet I have a service dog that goes every were with me. Mr Matthews Seen that I had orders 5 Pizzas and was intuitive enough to ask if I needed help carrying my pizzas to the truck and had a employee give me a hand Its Rare that I find that kind of customer service. I will be back for sure Great Service Good Pizza

Absolutely the worst, most expensive pizza Ive ever seen. Apparently I ordered a super supreme, then changed the crust and added all new toppings. $19.77 for one average sized, cold, awful tasting pie. A little common sense at Pizza hut , seems like someone would realize theres a problem with this order. Never, never again !!

We just came in time for the buffet, the food is decent and theyre friendly. The downside is that almost all the tables were not cleaned yet, but overall good. -Edit The waitress (old but nice lady) really cares about the customers and was really trying to help everyone at once

One of two pizza huts that still has the all you can eat lunch buffet. The pizza was good, but the staff was less than friendly. Still, I live the all you can eat pizza hut buffet. My friend says the salad and pasta on the buffet is good too.

Horrible service..they need some new management..a pizza should take a maximum of 4 minutes to cook in an oven. And it took a solid 30 minutes for ours...and they had no one else in theyre store..sad..

If you order delivery to your hotel please be aware it is not their policy to send cutlery unless you ask for it....The things you did ask for will not arrive either. Call Dominos
