Maybe the reviewers below caught them on better days, but each time [3, in as many years] Ive gone to this place Ive left infuriated. Food even more bland than other factory chains of any type. Meats in particular consistently overcooked to powder. The only explanation for its survival has to be the complete lack of any other low price point alternative in the inbred, ultra-wealthy market where it resides. Thanks to that market they can anyhow charge twice per unit what youd pay at Burger King, which odds are would deliver better quality. Anyone willing to spend $15 or more per person in a restaurant and having any idea of real quality is urgently advised to avoid this outfit wherever encountered, which interestingly seems to be less likely by the day.

The food is as good as I remember. I hadnt had Boston market in years and discovered one close to my house so you know I had to try it. I got meatloaf (because they had tomato based sauce) sweet potato casserole and southwestern rice. With a drink came to to 9.75. The meatloaf was good but the sauce was not. Sides were really good and the lemonade was outstanding!! Service was really good and location was easy to find and parking was a breeze. Im definitely trying the chicken next time it looked so good and moist!! Love watching them cook while I wait for my food.

Ive eaten here many times before but tonight was my last. The chicken wasnt ready so we had to wait ten minutes for it, there was no turkey - that was a thirty minute wait - nor red potatoes. We got our order to go so by the time the chicken was ready, everything else was cold since the sides had been packaged earlier. To our further dismay, when trying to eat the chicken, it was not done so we had to discard it. All in all, a loser experience.

Great experience 95 percent of the time. But when a particular worker was preparing my food i was a little grossed out by the food juice smeared on his hand and arm. But then again I am a germophobe. Wearing some gloves would have made my experience better and would have prompted me to give this location five stars.

This location is outstanding. The service is friendly and brought the food to our table. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. My only dislike is the size of the dining area. I have never had to wait for a table, but it just feels small.

Tony was super friendly. I love Boston Market. Today was my fiancé first time eating there and to quote him " it was very good, very good and super delicious" . We will be coming back.

Ive always loved their turkey, so I make it a point to stop in here whenever I am on that side of town. Friendly staff. Oh yeah, and awesome mashed potatoes. Must get!
