I havent been to the Beaufort IHOP in a few years because of the service and quality of the food. Today we decided to give them another try because they have recently been remolded. We mistakingly assumed they would have gotten the business figured out. WE WERE WRONG! Keep in mind there were only 6 tables seated in the restaurant. Two of the three plates came 35 minutes after placing the order. One of those wasnt complete and never was completed. The third plate never came. Even after getting the manager involved we never got the third plate. After an hour we gave up and asked for the bill. The manager still tried to charge us for third plate we never received. After all the years this restaurant has been open you would think you could take your family and actually have an enjoyable experience. We have been to other IHOP restaurants in different cities and they all have it together but not Beaufort. Its time to give it up Beaufort IHOP, just close the doors before you give IHOP an even worse reputation. 7/16/17 12:00 AM

Posting number one Dinner, Tuesday evening. We ordered our meals and coffee the coffee arrived promptly, was poured from a container that they leave at the table. It was cold. Did we just receive coffee that had been sitting at an old table? I had to go back kitchen area to find someone to replace it. Food arrives, fish served room temperature warm, no hollandaise, broccoli stone cold, and potatoes hot. I ate the potatoes. Hollandaise finally arrived, tasted like flour and water. We left, cold day in hell when we go back, I hate paying for a dinner and being able to eat only potatoes. I have known others who have eaten there and been fine, but my advice to anyone would be not to take the chance. You don’t want to go through what my wife is going through ever. We will certainly never eat there again!

Horrible service..we say for 10 minutes before I had to ask another waitress who was supposed to serving us. The young lady kindly apologized and took our orders and said she would go ahead n serve us. She then told us they had only 1 cook n it would be a little but of a wait. Ok.. An hour lat÷r still no food, then we had asked for creamer which we never got, whilest the while time two younger waitresses could be seen just standing around at the register talking instead of seeing if anyone needed help. I am DONE with IHOP in Beaufort for good! This is the third time that Ive had poor to no service. Waitresses.....one clue for ya if you cant do the job change professions.... And dont wine to me about the end of your shift when you work maybe all of 5 hours....try doing a 16 hour shift in security!

IHOP as a chain restaurant is typically uneventful and unsurprising, but this IHOP is different... The food here is quite good, as this new restaurant attracted many of Beauforts best chefs when it came to town recently. The menu is very diverse, with much better than expected meal combinations like crepes florentine, great burgers, and sourdough breads on their sandwiches. This IHOP is much more than just pancakes, as their name suggests... Best of all, this IHOP is the only 24-hour restaurant in Beaufort besides Waffle House and Huddle House, both of which are "greasy spoon" style restaurants. Free WiFi, too... Very recommended, especially if youre eating in Beaufort after 9pm.

The food was good but our waiter was not very attentive. We waited for over 10 minutes to get our menus. It was not a busy night three servers were a the cash register talking and laughing. I had to walk to the cash register and ask for our waiter who happened to be in the kitchen. People who sat down after us were served menus and food way before us. We did not get any place mats or crayons for the kids until I asked and was missing silver ware which I had to grasp from another table. Had to ask for water as well.

Extremely upset at this ihop, never have i felt so uncomfortable , and unwelcome. Not only was I greeted with an uncaring attitude, I was escorted to my seat. In the back booth. Where I sat patiently for about 40 mins before . I walked out enraged. Never have I felt so insulted. I was not offered any beverage after hostess took me to my seat. Not to mention that the staff had no idea whom turn it was to serve me. Absoulty outraged and utterly insulted, especially being an extremely slow evening.

This restaurant is a hit or miss sometimes we have great food and amazing service and other times with have mediocre food and horrible service. I honestly dont know how to rate it because of this its always one day its great the next its horrible. When its horrible I really do want to just walk out sometimes but when its great I normally give the manager a compliment. If you want to take your chances go right ahead I just hope everyone gets the great service instead of the bad.

Today was one of my worst experiences I have ever had with IHOP. Every one of my orders were wrong from the over cooked pancakes to the over cooked omelets. One of my orders had plastic cooked into the omelet. At first I thought, well maybe it was just a busy morning but no the waitress failed to get us any refills and just let us wait for an hour before we got service. I can say this will be probably my last time eating here. Prayfully no one else has to experience this.

45 minute wait for The wrong order. A total of 5 tables with people in the whole place 3 waitresses sitting at a table next to me when my waitress was nowhere to be found, you would think having that many waitresses sitting around you would be able to hire another cook. the manager offered to give me a discount but at that point I was so pissed I just paid for my drink and left. they used to have ok service, but the past 6 months is just went down the toilet.

This is the worst experience with a IHOP franchise that I have ever had. The service was horrible and the waitress got all 6 of my orders wrong. After waiting for an hour our food came out and the omlets were over cooked and the Pancakes were as well. I dont suggest anyone to come to this restaurant. I know myself and my family wont be returning to this particular franchise. There was also PLASTIC in one of the pancakes PLASTIC!!! Im appalled

I go to a lot of IHOPs okay. Its not expensive, its friendly & theyll let me sit in there for hours & eat pancakes. Beaufort IHOP is on point all the time. Take heed on Fridays & Saturday mornings however, as the Parris Island grads plus their entire families like to fill the restaurant. Also Im always freezing in the building. Im nearly skeletal so I guess thats on me but I always have to bring a light sweater

ate there couple times it was great went to night and the waitress was the worse i have ever had she was rude and the food was horrible told the waitress and all she said was ok. i had raw bacon in my soup and we never had any drink on are table and the cooks didnt cook have are food... then to top it off the waitress showed are bill to her friends that we besides us.
