Worst Experience Ever! Went in at 9am on Saturday morning for breakfast....was seated at a dirty table...waited roughly 15 minutes before anyone came to the table to take a drink order. The waitress took our drink and food order and never returned.....could not get anyones attention to bring us our drinks, the waitress finally came back with or food we aked if we could have our drinks which she told us Ohhh yea I forgot. Again she never returned with drinks, went to open my silverware to find it filthy. And to top it all off there was hair in my husband meal. Needless to say we got up immediately requested to see a manager who was no help at all and we left! Would never tell anyone to eat here its a bad environment with very poorly trained employees and a dirty restaurant.

que mala experiencia en la noche de enero 15 -2016 todo bien sucio,el servicio lento,la comida quemada,sin presentacion,nunca la mesera vino a preguntarme si nesecitaba mas de mi bebida,una cucaracha caminando por el techo y el empleado con una escoba suvido encima de una mesa...que terrible.creo q nunca mas regreso aqui y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER " I WENT ON WEDNESDAY 07/20/2016 MORNING TO EAT WITH MY FRIENDS AROUND 2:00AM . WE GOT THERE AND WE SEATED . THEN WE ASK FOR A KID MENU , CAUSE WE HAD A KID BUT MY FRIEND WANTS TO ORDER SOMETHING FROM THE KIDS MEAL BECAUSE HE WASNT SO HUNGRY SO THE WAITER TOLD US THAT WE COULDNT ORDER THAT CAUSE HE WASNT A KID .BUT WEVEN TOLD HIM THAT WE WANT SOMETHING FROM THE KIDS MEAL. HE REPLIED " NO YOU CANT NOT ORDER THAT OR YOULL MAY LEAVE" . THATS WHAT THAT GUY TOLD US , WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME VISIT FOR ME . I TRY TALK TO THE MANAGER BUT WE COULDNT FIND IT

La mesera me cobro los Kids menú de mis hijos aun cuando ellos tenían la oferta de Kids eat free. Llame y la manager me dijo que me regresaría el dinero de la comida de mis hijos pero en realidad no me regreso el valor real que yo pague ni los tax. Eso no esta bien con los clientes.

HAVENT BEEN HERE IN LONG TIME AFTER I HAD THE WORSE SERVICE EVER BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THEY SWITCH IT UP Christy is super amazing, the way she talks to her guest is amazing.Shes always laughing and making jokes with my friends and i.We will continue to come every night when she works,we had A table sitting next to us who we end talking to and she literally kept both tables laughing. GREAT SERVER WHEN SHE GETS BUSY,she keeps clam and treats everyone the same.Really wish the owner was there to explain how great she is i will keep coming.

The customer service was ABSOLUTELY horrible!! The restaurant was not clean at all. We had to request a cup of hot water to put our utensils in. People were complaining because the tables were sticky and the waitresses did not attempt to clean the tables.Our waitress, Stella, was EXTREMELY unpleasant. I asked for an extra plate to put my hot chocolate on and she rolled her eyes and slammed down the plate on the table. This has to be the WORST IHOP I have been to

Just now had the pleasure of having Christy serve me. Only been there a month, young and professional for as young as she is. Been in the service industry for 30 plus years and usually people her age arent as caring and professional. She needs to be recognized for her kindness, professional ism and patience by management. Food came out perfect thank you. This server is a definite asset to this establishment. Very impressed with her performance.

Went on a Wednesday...It was as if the place was deserted. There was only one table who had already been served already there before I came in, yet the food took FOREVER to be prepared. it was eggs, toast, and fruits. Youre going to tell me it take over 30 minutes to make all that!? Other than that, the food was enjoyable.

I love coming to this place. Granted it is a little small, but the people and service outweigh the size. Our waiter Andy is amazing. The owner is always there greeting and helping out. That show he loves his business and clients. I will forever come here because of Andy, he is one of the reasons the service is so great.

I am a regular guest and I think the serves are very friendly and do a great job. Maria and Jackie do a outstanding job. The owner and manager run a clean restaurant and always make sure the guest are satisfied with their visit. the food is always hot and cooked the way you ask. I HOP in homestead Florida is the best

The food is great and the staff is friendly, but the place is pretty small so expect a 10-15 wait to sit down and if you bring a family you better hope its not on a holiday, and if it gets crowded then expect parking to be a problem, even after all this if you do get a seat, then enjoy your time with the food

This is an IHOP that never lets me down. I never have to wait to be seated, the servers are very attentive, food comes out in a timely manner, great quality cooked food all the time, not to mention for two people Im never paying more than twenty four dollars, and these are no small meals.

This is a great establishment. Kudos to the management. The food is very good; service is prompt and friendly. The place overall is fairly clean. Somehow, this is not how I remembered IHOP from my college days. Ive been pleasantly enjoying myself this past couple of weekends.

This is a very small and dirty IHOP. Its crammed almost impossible to move through the people to go inside when its busy. But its cheap and the food comes out really fast. Its an IHOP so you know its not going to be the cleanest place... It uhhhh adds to the flavor?

Better than Dennys, food was fast and they dont charge you extra for French Toast. My wife had the crepes and she loved them I tried them too and they were good. Megan was the best.
