What a disappointing experience! Ordered a Ruben sandwich. Chopped, formed, poor quality lunch meat in small portion with lots of cold, un -drained sauerkraut. Came with a FEW soggy fries. Asked the waitress if they made mistake and used ham. She was not sure what it was either. Other order was scrambled, sausage, pancakes. The sausage was way over cooked, so the ends were petrified. Pancakes were heavy, soggy, and not even warm. They threw a little powdered sugar on them, yuk! We were there around noon, and the place was full. Food took over half an hour to arrive.. At another table I heard a waitress apologize to a party of four for the long wait. She offered to bring out a waffle that was ready so they could all share it " like an appetizer". I dont know if a high school kid was cooking or if the cook is that slow, and just a poor cook. I feel bad for the wait staff trying to make a living, serving such poor quality food, and having to apologize to guests.

I dont even want to write this review because the place is too busy as it is. Pretty small place but, if there is a line, it goes fairly quickly. Breakfast is amazing. Skillets are impressive and the stuffed French toast really different and great.. Still...its the sandwiches that keep me coming back. They "roll" their lunch meat (true deli style) and their home made bread is incredible. Its hard for me to order anything but the Luigi (roast beef rolled with coleslaw, provolone, 1,000 Island and horse radish on rye), but the Americano and Ruben/Rachel are all amazing. I actually didnt like the Italian, so theres that. Also, every sandwich comes with a side (not additional $$) and you can pick what you want. Possibly the best onion rings ever. I highly recommend. Worth the wait and one of my favorite sandwiches of all time!

My five year old daughter had to go to the bathroom while we were eating and I took my nine year old with me not wanting to leave her there by herself. When we come out of the bathroom our food is gone. Full plates the only thing that we ate was our eggs. I couldnt believe it when waitress said oh go-ahead and sit back down and will make you more why would I want to wait for food again that I already waited for I when I paid the bill which I shouldnt have after I left I was so pissed off I went back inside and asked to speak to the manager and he says all I can do is say Im sorry I will never again go there also coffee cup was really disgusting food was not that great either

Wife and I have eaten here many times. The previous owners, from Italy and Switzerland, developed the great menu. The current owners have followed the menu pretty carefully. The problem was, we were enjoying some after-meal conversation when the waitress brought us the bill and asked us to go ahead and pay, that they needed that table to seat a larger group in which some had been already seated next to us. I couldnt believe that the owner--working the cash register--would try to hurry us out of the place like that! Well I let him know that this would be the last time we will ever be in that restaurant. Extremely rude and money-hungry.

Went at 12:30 pm on a Monday and ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The salad came to our table - a whole chicken breast that was clearly not grilled but sautéed sitting on a sparse bed of lettuce with even less Caesar dressing. It was bland and nothing spectacular. Id have rated that salad a 1-2. That being said, the place is lovely. A cute diner (more than cafe) that specializes in breakfast fare and sandwiches. Just dont order the salads or youll be disappointed.

This restaurant has a bad smell and prevented me from actually eating the food. The waitress treated me and my friends badly. She told us to move even though she wasnt seating anyone. We asked for more seats, but she let other use extra seats and not us. We sensed some racism present since we were the only black individuals in the restaurant. If you want to have a good time, dont go there.

We are fortunate that the Beachside Cafe is within walking distance. Unlike many of its neighbor restaurants, the food is made to order. They offer XLNT breakfasts with eggs the way you want them, great home fries, hollandaise sauce, spinach omeletes etc. Portions are plenty big, coffee fill ups right there and best of all service is good and friendly

If your looking to get rid of that post surf session hunger, this is the place. The food is fresh, staff is friendly, and their breakfast menu its just the thing to start off your weekend. To let you in on a local secret, order the Hawaiian French Toast, its not on the menu but its the perfect thing freshen up that salty ocean mouth.

This is a very popular local restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The specials are amazing, try the avocado skillet - to die for! On saturday and sunday you can expect a 20 minute wait for seating, but well worth it! Everything is hand made and very fresh, everyone is friendly, super beach town restaurant!!

So, I grew up here. When I come back to visit I always come here. Great staff, great food. They will make things to your liking. I had a veggie breakfast burrito with Hollandaise. Absolutely fantastic. If you are in Indialantic, you must eat here. Conveniently located on 5th avenue.

Breakfast food is delicious! It was pretty full on Saturday at noon, but we only waited about 15 minutes for a table. I had avocado scramble with house made rye toast. Hubby said burger was ok but nothing spectacular. Well be back for breakfast.

Lot of young people. Food wasnt good (no flavor, had Mahi skillet and western omelette). Service was great. Location is nice. A bit over-priced. For my time and $ Id rather drive the 10 minutes north to the scrambled egg cafe and get great food.
