If there was a possibility for 0 stars, thats what this establishment would get. I ordered from this establishment and asked for a substitution. When the order was delivered, it was totally wrong, I called them back to explain and the manager answered. I tried to explain what happened and he was very rude to me. He states that he would talk to the employee who took the order and call me back. I called back 5 minutes later and the employee that took my order answered. He tried to help me and explained something totally different to me stating that there would have been an upcharge for my substitution but he didnt charge me and tried saying that he did me a favor. The manager stole the phone from him while I was talking to the employee and then gave him the phone back and told him to tell me that they would try to get my order correctly sent to me. Well I will tell you I never received it and I will NEVER order from there again. Get some manners and proper training there Mr. Manager!!

food is great buy est. deilvery time was 45-60 minutes. delivery time was about 1 hr 20 minutes. driver didnt fully follow directions concerning parking. i said by the cars. i had to walk to him.

Slow slow slow was good when they first opened. Called 40 mins ago very small order still waiting lovely, why bother calling ahead. Cant wait for popeyes to open
