I rate this a little bit differently because its a chain. Ive ordered food from them a few times, and the closest thing I can compare them to is a KFC. Their food is better than KFC, but not by light years. However, as a fast food chicken place they excel at what they do. Customer service has always been friendly, and the food quality is generally 3-4/5 stars. They are worth the convenience when you need to drop in and pick something up for a family and large crowd. You can do about as well at your local supermarket (and some planning), but they are convenient and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get their fix of comfort foods: chicken, sides, etc., and doesnt want to or doesnt have the time to cook them. Their rolls are good and best served hot, but they do remind me of Pillsbury rolls. My only complaint would be with their Mac and Cheese. It reminds me of an okay Kraft or frozen Mac and Cheese, not great but not bad either. I make my own occasional, and Im somewhat picky. Their french fries are pretty good, and I was lucky enough to get freshly made ones. As far as their chicken goes, its fried chicken. Ive had amazing fried chicken, and really bad fried chicken. This places is neither. Id say its crowd-pleasing fried chicken, not cooked badly but nothing really stands out either. Their mild chicken is exactly what youd expect, and their spicy, isnt really that spicy (subjective opinion). As I said, this place is worth keeping in mind if you have a family or small group to feed, or are just in need of a quick chicken fix. You might be able to do better cooking it yourself or going to a sit-down restaurant, but the time and convenience make this place worth it.

I would NEVER go to a Popeyes again!! THE WORST Customer Service I have experienced. Went thru drive thru, was immediately greated by rudeness, asked to pull up to wait 10 MINUTES for my order...to have the same RUDE associate bring out my order of 2 fish and shrimp and say, " I gave you and extra chicken (In one oreder) cause unless you want to wait 5 more minutes for your fish TO BE DROPPED??..... I questioned her at the get go...I didnt want chicken and I paid for fish??? Ive already been waiting 10 minutes??? but just went home with my food.......this is what I got home (and I have pics) ..... 2 BIG PIECES OF CHICKEN and an almost unrecognizable piece of fish and VERY LITTLE SHRIMP.....The 2nd dinner had 50% more shrimp and 2 pieces of fish....I went back to speak up. I returned the food and the receipt with the time on it, and was greeted with an even RUDER manager and an associate who started swearing obscenities at me....I was ignored for another 10 minutes while other customers were FORCED to watch (not to mention make immediate judgemento on what might be happening) the drama and the manager rang the register while the original employee took off to nowhere. They eventually gave me my money back. 2 HOURS later, after my fast food ordeal began, I left with no food and hungry....Im just a single mom who works hard with a very tight budget. I was just trying to treat myself to a very small treat on payday in a drive thru.... and it took 2+ hours of my time and I still ended up hungry?????? I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER POPEYES EVER AGAIN.....AND Im not quite done with this.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I changed my rating from 5 to 1 and heres why... Maybe a yr ago they WERE Friendly, Fast, Clean and WERE Definitely Better than KFC, as soon as you came in the door you were greeted, even the manager would say Hello.. But idk if they Changed General Managers/Owners or what?!. but NOW when I go in there I see All New employees working that look depressed, are not friendly, no greeting when you come in, theyve messed up my simple order with no apologizes, place is dirty looking now, flies and nats buzzing around, the place is a mess! The manager also saw I was upset, & I know she heard me because she looked at me & just walked away like she could careless. Why you made these horrible changes is beyond me....

These people are literally a joke completely rude, incompetent, unprofessional and Extremely lazy they had literally one whole hour before closing time and they did not want to make anymore mashed potatoes for the rest of the people behind me in line one girl didnt even have her uniform but a shirt with a mustache on it and some jeans. Another employee who I thought was a customer had a black hoody on with some basketball shorts and was working behind the counter in that attire I cannot take away that the food was good but the employees were complete assholes.

I almost always order 12 PC spicy chicken. It always, always tastes great and the cooks make the chicken very well. The problem is the amount of pieces I get vary. I usually find myself getting jipped one piece. Then theres other times I get extras. Perhaps on average I do get 12 PC. I ask for thighs and drumsticks usually, and some times it is difficult for the serve to understand what I mean. Lately its been better though.

Popeyes Restaurants are generally consistent. This location had no specials advertised. In addition, the coleslaw tasted like they tried to make the dressing go too far resulting in none of the sweet flavor normally associated with their col slaw. There are several "specials" taped to walls printed out on 8.5x11 white paper. This locations appears to take some liberty regarding the franchise experience.

Popeyes is way better than KFC! I just wish this location could have more consistent employees. They see to have tremendous turn over and it takes time fir the new employees to learn the ropes. The food is good here and I would go more often if I knew the service and checkout experience would be consistent. Hopefully management figures it out ( maybe they need to pay a bit more to keep people?) :-)

Consistent quality. Friendly staff. I love their Coke Freestyle machine! A tad slow sometimes - Ive been comped a little for this on occasion. The biscuits are more mushy than KFC, but chicken is far better. Some vegetarian-sounding sides have bits of meat in them - best to ask before ordering. I frequently eat here.

Being from the South, we visit Popeyes often. We were shocked to see how expensive the prices were here! The average price for a combo meal was about $9-10. The same meals where we are from are about $7. Food here was fresh so I cant fault that, but the girl at the counter was rude and had zero emotion!

I will not rate it as a restaurant.I am giving advice for anybody who decides to work there!!The guy ( manager) is NOT HONEST in calculating employees hours so be extemely careful.Also his fraudulent way is supported by his family who work in the same place.Worst managing staff I ever seen .Keep away!!
