I use to eat at this location all of the time but dealing with the management at this location is the worst possible experience that i have ever had. I called the store because i found a piece of hair in my chicken so i talked to a manager at the framingham location who argued with me for 10 mins over the phone and hung up on me repeatedly i called back and asked for his name and the district number and he told me i do not need his name and to look at my receipt for the number because he would not tell me and i stated to him that i did not have my receipt so he finally gave me a fake phone number. So i had to call another location to ask them for the phone number. I spent 40 dollars this day for food for my family but after this i will never return to this location or any kfc location ever again.

Theyre not apparently understaffed, just painfully slow and incompetent. Its like the whole restaurant was hired two days ago. The cashier was pleasant, despite a seeming bewilderment of her register. She was the highlight. The "manager" and two prep persons were sullen and in no particular rush to process the orders. Whatever they were shouting and back and forth to one another, it sure wasnt about putting chicken into buckets with any kind of alacrity.

KFC- I waited 27 minutes for my food, but it was busy, only had 3 people working, they were apologetic when I finally got my food-- I dont hate it for that. Too much. The Taco Bell, however, was terrible. None of the food was prepared right, its tasted gross, and they forgot part of my order. Ive never had a decent experience here. I rated down the value because they forgot half of the ingredients in my food.

The food is cold, hard and disgusting. The cleanliness of this establishment is awful. Overflowing trash bins, sticky floors and tables with crumbs and garbage blatantly ignored by the staff. I came here at 9pm with 1 other patron and the emptiness leaves absolutley no excuse for these conditions. Dont even get me started on the bathrooms.

Average KFC with insanely slow services. I have never waited in line or waited for my food this long! Including non-fast food restaurant! It exactly took me 11 minutes in line and 17 minutes waiting for my order to come out! WTF! Unless you really want KFC, I highly highly recommend you avoid this location!
