The food is great when needing sustenance for the body it ok, but the lines, the car waits, the messed up orders that I had been given one less chicken, you ask for sauce, napkins, even plastic utensils for two or three but its not in the bag. I went there recently and a bucket of 8 pieces, 2 sides but I asked to make it all white meat and the Employee taking my order stated it would be all white meat so I asked was that going to cost more. She stated naw and went I received the order it was all not white meat at all but I tired arguing with KFC so their a mess.

Something really needs to be done with service here. I come here because it convenient for me. Been coming here 2yrs and still they can never get there order right in my box meal of chicken. Always leave something out and have to go back for a second trip. I shouldnt have to be making back trips because of there mistake, get the job done right the first time. Customer satisfaction is first priority. Dont ask for manager he never there.

I waited more than 45 minutes for my 8 pieces order. My 4 years old and 8 years old keep on asking me for the food. Every body all gone in the restaurant except me and the kids and no body asking me about my order. My number never called. When I ask for my food 45 minute later they didnt have everything I ordered. My 8 pieces chicken was cold and customer service was careless.

Manager was nice but staff needs to learn the difference between thigh and breast second time ive been given thighs like I wouldnt know it wasnt a breast last time i just kept it but i pay more for a better item but im given something else please address this issue, im not a complainer but you should definitely get what you pay more for thats all.☹️
