La peor mesera que que hemos tenido, las dos ultimas veces que fuimos y nos toco la misma mesera. La primera vez estaba sin hacer nada y nosotros esperando que nos tomara la orden por mucho tiempo, no llevaba cubiertos, ni bebidas, despues no preguntaba que mas necesitábamos y tubimos que llamar otra mesera, la segunda vez llegamos, nos sentaron, y nunca llegaba para atendernos, resulto que era la misma, esperamos solo para verificar que era la misma, cuando llego despues de tanto tiempo de estar parada sin hacer nada, nos cansamos de esperar asi que nos fuimos. Muy mal servicio.

Necesitan mejorar el sirvicio, ser mas amables, especialmente con los que no hablan Español, y tambien necesitan tomar tarjeta de debito o credito. Si se puede!! (This traditional restaurant needs to improve its customer service especially to newcomers who dont speak Spanish. Further, they need to start taking debit and credit cards. Helloooo!!! We are already in the 21st century!

As a native of Colombia I can say that at "El Paisa" you can find authentic, affordable, and exquisite Colombiann food. The menu allows you to build your own platter or you can try the traditional Colombian platter, enough for two people. Here you are not stuck with the conventional beverages but you can enjoy delicious fruit juices. The family atmosphere is great and the service is prompt and friendly. Though the restaurant does not provide parking, once you visit "El Paisa" once, you will not mind parking on the street or finding spaces in nearby lots. "El Paisa" is not the kind of restaurant you talk about as an interesting experience you had but as a regular place you visit and enjoy.

Absolutely disgusting restaurant!!! They have no idea how to make real Colombian food. No wonder why it was empty when we arrived. Tajadas de plátanos pasmados, jugo sin nada de pulpa, comida sin aliño... en fin, la peor experiencia de mi vida!!

Worst restaurant ever! A ripoff! A whole chicken comes with ONE potato cut in four pieces. Juice is just water and sugar, no fruit whatsoever. I wish I could give it less than one star. Stay away from this place! Youre better off buying a chicken in Walmart for half the price and much more flavor. Este restaurante es una vergüenza para la comunidad colombiana!! Un asco de comida, tiene más sazón McDonalds!!

My family has been coming to this restaurant for years. It continues to be one of the best places to sit with friends and family for some Hispanic dishes that reminds me much of home. Fair warning: the staff are great people, but English is not their forte. Though they do speak enough English to get your order in and make some small talk, which I personally appreciate.

Ive had lots of Colombian food and never have I not been happy until this place. Got the bandeja, this plate was bland. The meat was the only tasty thing on the plate. Asked for a shake and it never came, ordered empanadas and they said they ran out. Lets not forget they only take cash...really?! Who does that at a sit down restaurant. Will never go back!!!!!!

Too crowded, too desorganized, too slow, dry burn roast chicken and burn, the so call empanadas are made with ground beef and not with shredded beef. Not recommended.
