Im a Chipotle fanatic, but this is hands down the worst Chipotle in Massachusetts first and foremost the people that work here are mostly disgusting they do not look professional at all they are slow they take orders slowly the line is usually way out the door. They are also very unclean, I saw a guy spill salsa over the serving counter today, he reached into a disgusting bucket of water pulled out a dirty rag and used it to wipe the counter down, then used table napkins to dry it and went back to serving on that same counter without disinfecting it or his filthy hands. Gross. They very frequently run out of major ingredients that I would consider essential to a Chipotle meal for example they would run out of guacamole very regularly they will run out of steak they will run out of certain sauces. Finally the staff is relatively rude, they dont look you in the eye they are short and discourteou, half of them look high, and when you call them out one less than ideal behavior they refuse to take any responsibility for their shortcomings. Compare this to the Chipotle in woburn for example at that location they look professional they treat you with respect they never run out of ingredients etc. I honestly wish that corporate headquarters for Chipotle would shut down this franchise because its giving the rest of their restaurants a terrible name this place is atrocious if youre hungry and youre in the Framingham area do not waste your time youre better off going to Moes which is embarrassing to say the least cause they suck too. Anyway yeah this Chipotle location sucks

Ive been getting burritos from here for a long time. A lot of times they screwed up my order (when I was able to order online, now I cant anymore at this location)..anyway..Been there constantly for the past 2 weeks, because I have been busy, dont really have time to cook and this is the fastest place you can get food I guess..besides BK/McDonalds etc..well Ive been getting sofritas for the past 2 weeks..Today I picked an order for someone else with steak. Apparently they charge you $2,05 for guacamole..I was like ok..didnt knew that, I dont get any meat when I go there..Well they charged me for adding guacamole to my sofrita .I must mention: I didnt get guac separate from the Sofrita bowl...it was in it..Never been charged for that..for years, getting Sofritas, but today they decided to charge me $6,80 + $2,05 for A sofrita! In the past I had experienced them charging me more than I should.. Im never getting anything from here again. Im tired of them f***g up my order because they dont know what to choose in the system to charge you for what you actually got. Not to say the lady that was doing my burrito, got something out and threw it away..so yeah, very encouraging to eat after you just saw the lady reaching for something that was obviously not suppose to be there, since she threw is in the trash and gave me the look "you didnt see that".

I walked into this location, it has for the most part a clean look to it. Not much trash on the floor. I then ordered my food, as the only one in line. Got to the end of the burrito making process (sauces and condiments), and saw as the employee folded my burrito. The food was pouring out of it after he caked on mounds of medium salsa (which I have never seen before). Remind you that I have worked for Chipotle and never seen this before. I mentioned to the employee that when he folded my burrito, he didnt fold the wrap right enough to enclose all the food. I said to that employee that it was not folded all the way and food was falling out. Then that employee replied with "this is how we make our burritos". Which isnt true, he just didnt understand he didnt make it right. I got into the car, opened it up, and of course the side of the burrito was wide open and there was food everywhere. I didnt appreciate being spoken to like this. Coming from someone who knows this franchise, I know they do not run them this way.

This chipotle is by far the worst chipotle I have EVER been to. Its a good thing this is the only chipotle in the area otherwise this place would go out of business. I have literally been to chipotles all over the US and never consistently experienced the poor service, SLOW PACE, and terrible management. I have complained to corporate numerous times begging them to step in and fix this chipotle. The only reason this place is able to make a profit is because people love this chain to much. I have now been waiting in line for 20 minutes and still have not reached the buffet to order my bowl. There are only two people making bowls and burritos right now. Everyone in line is complaining about the wait and surprise surprise management is nowhere to be found. PLEASEEEEEEE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THIS CHIPOTLE!!!!!

Chipotle has a great reputation for fast food on the go. With the Framingham Chipotle I can only say that the service is really poor. I am a hard core Chipotle fan but my experience today has been really disappointing. Although it was rush hour ( 6.30 pm - time for dinner) and after waiting in a cue for 10 minutes I was hoping to get better service when it was my turn, instead the entire group serving was just rushing into pouring stuff in my chicken bowl. The white rice was in lumps, the chicken was only a few pieces, they missed the red sauce and pour a sprinkle of cream and went for the cheese. They did not even bother to look at us and understand what we were requesting. The overall experience was really disappointing with this careless behavior. I am not sure if I want visit this place in the evening

This place has NOT ONCE gotten my order correct. Ive been at this place at least 40 times because its next to my gym & NEVER have they ever had what I wanted. if its 3pm or 8pm they run out of at least 3 items. Twice out of the 40 times Ive been they had the vinegrette. I finally decided to get the app to place an order & they still didnt put everything in it, then went along to give the last salad dressing to the guy behind me while iwas still in line trying to ask for it. How can you consistsanly run out of multiple items when its not even dinner time yet, lol. Pathetic. They also need to learn how to take care of 2 customers quicker than 15 minutes. Slowest pace ever.

Beans were a paste, rice was overcooked, and the server was sloppy while placing the food in the rice bowl. The server placed the beans in one corner of the bowl, then the sofritas in the other while food was flying out of the bowl falling everywhere. I had to repeat myself to the other server because she was focused that my hands were touching the glass instead of my order. She told me to take my hands off the glass instead listening to me on what i wanted in the bowl. I Will not be returning to THIS chipotle.

As good as a Chipotle can be.... The reason for the 3 star is bc there is always a long line and wait at this location. There has never been a change or solution for the long lines. Also I started going to this location a long time ago (3 years) since then there has been a sign that says that the liquor license is pending. Give it up or remove the sign and make it a none liquor place until you get it.
