They got a new manager and you can tell he is committed to making this store better. The fryers get fresh oil rotated more frequently. So the chicken comes out better. Also, I dont mind if they run out of chicken. I rather have a fresh batch made every so often rather than making an abundance an hour before rush and getting chicken thats been sitting for hours. I just ordered, and they ran out of drums, so I got an extra thigh instead. I was so content with the quality, that I went up and ordered 2 more pcs that just came out fryer. People gotta realize that chain places like these are all a bunch of kids working for minimum wage. They actually DO a good job. They have a great chicken cook there now. Hopefully they give him a raise and dont lose him. The only neg I have is the dining room stays a little dirty. I only seen 1 girl up front. And she was constantly taking orders. I did see a bunch of people out back. And a few of them were just "chillin", so they could have been cleaning something. But overall I think this place has come around in the last couple years and got better.

Went in there today, around 8:45pm, got k3 and k6, pretty disappointed, my wife and I choose this location, and kfc, as our "fast food" choice, because they USUALLY have great food, good quality, and good soda. This time around we went in, got soda that needs to be carbonated and was very watery, chicken littles that had pickles on top of the bun? Not even on the chicken? Our cookies were uncooked and literally started to fall apart in their little holders, and the food just didnt taste good this time. Not sure whats happened but pretty disappointed.

Worst kfc store ever. Everytime we go here they always run out of chicken or they have none because their cook did not show up. If the cook is there he doesnt put more On during peak hours! The younger Manager doesnt know how to keep customers happy! The last time we were there we waited our order for almost half an hour and he didnt explain to the customers what was happening. Worst! Worst! Worst! KFC is the only fast food that i like but this location always disappoint me! Worst Service!
