Horrible service. They usually close at 10pm most nights and I went 20 minutes before they closed (which should have been enough time) Ordered 2 meals and the cashier asked if I can wait 7 minutes for the chicken. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. I left the establishment without checking my order because I would have thought they would have got it right seeing as I was the only car present. Now I live down the street so it only took 5 minutes to get home and when I opened one of the meals, it was cold and the opposite if what I asked for. I called back and it was the manager who ended up giving the phone to the cashier who took my order. I was telling her what was wrong and she immediately was cutting me off and saying that I said this and not that like who are you. I know what I ordered I dont suffer from shirt term memory loss I know what I wanted. All they did was say I could get only one if the pieces of meat I didnt receive tomorrow. No thanks. Never coming here anymore. Lazy workers and they always mess up on my simple orders. Ridiculous.

My family and I ordered the 16pc chicken meal with 3 large sides that comes with 8 biscuits and also 2 cherry cheese cakes, we waited for over 20 mins in the parking lot for our meal, came home, getting ready to eat dinner and the staff totally neglected our 8 biscuits and our 2 cheese cakes!!! What the hell?! We paid $42.09 for that meal and waited over 20 mins and they forgot our pieces to our expensive order! Wish the crew, manager, owner would clean up their act!!! Terrible! Never going there again!

The food is okay, but its not any better than KFC used to be. The chicken often has too much breading and flavor is nonexistent. Biscuits I found to be a bit too dry. Service was fast but counteracted by an apathetic crew and the food sitting on a rack waiting to be served. Price is okay but all in all I still probably wont come back. At least at KFC they smile.

Not the best experience at a such a popular brand name. A young man tried to help me out, because I had a few questions, and this rude girl said I was used to working with people like this at dollar tree. I wonder why isnt she still working at dollar tree anymore. I dont think her idiotic attitude is going to get her places.

Service was horrible, chicken was not fully cooked (pink like blood), found piece of hair in cole slaw, had to wait in the parking lot for 10min... ask manager for money back he said no bring in the food with the hair in it and he`ll give me a new meal.... gross no thank you... never went back since

i enjoyed this place alot the food is like a spicier kfc the frys are great and have not only a spice but flavor the mac and cheese tastes about the same as well the only thing i didnt like where the biscuits that where a bit too salty other than that i really enjoyed going their
