DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! The food and customer service are BOTH equally disappointing and disgusting!!! Today was not only my first time at this place but also it was my sister and mom’s too and I am very sad to say that it WILL ABSOLUTELY BE OUR LAST!!! I don’t ever write negative reviews, but our experience today definitely warrants it! Our Banh Mi sandwiches were filled with old sour meat, the deserts weren’t fresh and even one of the desert had a roach in them!! Totally GROSS!!!! When we brought this to their attention, they had an attitude about it. Where there are SO many options in Lowell that serves delicious deserts and fresh tasty Banh Mi sandwiches, why on earth would you spend your hard earned money at a place where they use old slimy sour meat, recycled deserts, provide unpleasant customer service and rip you off all at the same time?! Definitely NOT ME or my family that’s for sure!! Also, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTS!! They don’t provide receipts because we found out that they take it upon themselves to overcharge and add ADDITIONAL items on our receipt that we didn’t buy!! And to top it off, they charge us .50 each paper bag to put our sandwiches in!!! WTH!! Seriously?!! Who does that? Only a desperate cheap ass place would, thats who! Time to say GOOD BYE Hong Cuc Grand Eatery!! #SMH #NeverAgain #ConsiderYourselvesWarned

The sandwiches and bubble teas are very good. I do wish they offered a bbq pork banh mi (hint hint). The sandwiches are priced great but everything else can be kind of pricey. But what do you expect when they keep their banh mi pricees so low? They offer delicious pork rolls, banh bao (made to perfection, i have never found a place who sells them the same way I make and love them) crystalized ginger, beef jerky, eggrolls, other snacks, cold drinks and other prepared meals. During the holidays you can find some very yummy treats as well. This is one of my little spots in lowell. Yum yum. Oh and the girls working here are beautiful inside and out. Very friendly!! That is always the best part about a tiny little place that can get quite crowded during lunch hours.. the oppurtunity to be greeted by friendly faces and sweet hellos even when it is hectic and crazy busy.

Tried to order 20 of the traditional vietnamese subs for a group of special need children but was told to go yummys when I made a special request to have them cut it into 3 pieces. I even offered to pay extra but was firmly denied. What so hard about cutting a sub into 3? They make so much money that it has got into their heads. I will no longer come to a place with snobby stuck up customer service no matter how good the food is. Stay humble.

Ive been coming here since before they moved to their new location, and they have consistently had the best Bahn Mi sandwiches in Lowell. Theyve been serving up amazing Bahn Mi for years before it was cool. Ive tried half a dozen different places in Lowell, and Hong CUC consistently had the most flavorful ingredients. Their BBQ beef is very good, but even when they run out (which they frequently do) everything else on the menu is good.

This place is expansive and they dont give you much. I ordered BBQ beef and there was barely any meat. I wanted a paper bag for eggrolls instead of the poison cancerous plastic bags and they charged me .25 cents for the bag just so they can hold the egg rolls which they charged me already. The egg rolls were greasy. There is no parking and its right in the middle of a combat zone.

Started visiting their first location years ago. This is one of the few places where you can get bubble tea smoothies made with fresh ingredients as opposed to the powder like many other places. The staff is always friendly at this local, family-owned business and always my first stop when visiting Lowell.

Trying to find the holy grail of Bahn Mi in Lowell. This place is pretty dang good--small Vietnamese shop with fruit smoothies/bubble tea and various Asian snacks and drinks. Definitely visit! Their Bahn Mi is about the same price as Chinatown but definitely much tastier.

This place is fantastic their Bahn mi sandwiches are delicious. They have great thai tea with tapioca pearls. The BBQ pork Bahn mi sandwich is outstanding. The store is very clean and bright. Would recommend to anyone.

Pate bread sandwiches and boba drinks are excellent. Minus a star for their fluctuating $10-$15 minimum credit card limit. Parking isnt too great either.
