We had dinner and ice cream before our GS meeting, which we have done before. My daughter ordered a plain cheeseburger and got a hamburger with pickle, mustard and ketchup. Then we ordered our blizzards and they flipped one blizzard upside-down but when mine came out they didnt do it to mine?? Of course thats when I saw it was melting. So I joked with the girl saying do I now get my free blizzard? Well, thats when of course the attitude started and continued with the manager coming out even though I didnt ask for her. They told me they only had to flip one in any order??? So why do you flip both any other time??? Rude!! I am tired of spending my hard earned money for people to treat me rudely.

Terrible Service from drive thru I made an order at the drive-thru for a cup of ice cream. When I pulled up to the window I was handed a cone. I explained that I ordered a cup not a cone. The attendant at the window checked my order and hot an attitude, then asked a coworker for a cup. She proceed to turn the cone upside down, with the ice cream in it into the cup and handed it to me. I asked if she was serious. She asked if I wanted her to pour another one. I said that would be nice. She then handed me a cup that was half full of icecream. Worst service ever!!

I have always been a fan of DQ. Its nice that this location has a grill, that way you can grab dinner and ice cream at the same spot! The only thing I dont like is that they dont participate in the belly card,, which allows you to check in up to Id tone a day, collecting points towards free treats and discounts. It didnt take long until you get a free ice cream cone with the belly rewards. I wish theyd start to participate!

Every time I come to this Dairy Queen, the food never ceases to amaze me. I always get the chicken strip basket, with a PB cup blizzard for dessert. Workers and customers are friendly, as well as patient. One time, they gave me 2 chicken strip baskets when I ordered 1 and told me it was complementary. Best place to go to for ice cream and fast food, mostly ice cream. Greatest of all time!

Great Service, Nice Employees, Restaurant was clean The food is awesome. The ice cream has good flavor, affordable. The ice for sodas is crushed which we like, not many places have crushed ice. Thankful to whomever answered the phone, we went to two diff. locations in Lancaster, PA both ONLY having ice cream so we drove all the way to this location, definitely worth it

Lovely place, good food and good service time, but the restaurant is rather small with a maximum occupancy of 86, and thats far more than they can seat. As a result of it being small, it gets pretty cramped when they are busy.

Pretty consistent DQ. Friendly mostly High School aged kids working here. They seem to hire a good group because my order is always accurate and quick. This one has a full menu of food unlike most of the others in the region.

Nice restaurant but very slow in the drive thru. We decided to skip the drive thru and went inside and it was the right choice as we were in & out before the car that was in front of us even got to the menu board.

The same Dairy Queen is still open; it just moved locations across Rt 30. Google Maps isnt updating the new location. The old building is now owned by a car dealership.
