Had reservations at 6:00pm on a Tuesday. They told me that they overbooked when we got there and didnt have a table for us. Once we got seated following a short wait, our waitress was no where to be found for about 10 minutes. We place drink orders which took another 10+ minutes until we saw them and got to place our order. Appetizer took about 20+ minutes to arrive, which seemed a little long for cheesy garlic bread. Food was another 30 minutes later. For naming everything Fire Alley -----, you would think there was something special about it. Burgers were dry and tasteless (except for the burned parts) and the cheesesteak was horrible! The server grabbed a credit card off of our table and charged it before we even saw the check. When she came back and was questioned, she gave us attitude. If I wouldnt have been behind in schedule, I would have spoken with management, but not really worth the time. They dont have anything to improve on for next time, because I will never go there again!

My wife & I went here for dinner our last night while staying in Hershey. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf with a side of lobster mac and cheese, and my wife had the prime rib. Both our meals were amazing! Her slice of prime rib nearly covered the entire plate! The bacon that wrapped my meatloaf was so crisp & flavorful (best bacon Ive ever tasted!), and the lobster mac and cheese made my knees shake! We also got the nachos as an appetizer. They were really good, but, had I known how big our dinners were going to be, we probably would have skipped the appetizer. By the end of the meal, I was fighting to fit more of the delicious meatloaf in my belly! I just wish we would have found this place earlier in our trip! We would have dined here at least 2 more times over our 4 night stay! Our service was above average too, and the atmosphere was friendly & inviting.

My wife has a friend from work who is always telling us we need to try Fire Alley. Last night we finally had the time to head into Hershey to give it a try and I have to say it was well worth it! My wife had the Lobster Bisque to start and I had the garlic wings both were awesome! For dinner we shared the Greek Salad with the house dressing which honestly could of been the main course as far as I was concerned. It was obviously fresh made and the feta cheese was to die for. I finished my meal off with a perfectly done NY Strip and my wife enjoyed the Jumbo Lump Meat Crab Cakes. The service was friendly the food was great the only down side is that I now have to admit to my wifes friend that I agree with her for once LOL. We now have a new favorite reason to come to Hershey :)

Made a reservation, nothing available when showed up and at least 8 tables were empty... they were more worried about what section we sat in (we didnt care) we waited nearly 30 mins. Waitress couldnt remember anything and no knowledge about basic wine and spirits. Food was horrible.... brought prime rib out and I have never seen a cut like it, only about 1/3 was edible, couldnt even eat the 1/3... asparagus was as thick as broccli stems and was horrible.... what we were hoping would turn into a regular place... well we will never be back.... not one thing was right, and I pretty much never have an issue

Made a reservation but no table was ready when we got there. Started off poorly as coffee was cold and they brought out soup appetizers for some but the wings for others took an additional 20 minutes to arrive. Waited another 20 minutes after that for all of our entrees. All of the food was good when it finally arrived, but there does seem to be a coordination problem between wait staff & kitchen. Wait staff was friendly though & tried hard to make everything right. My 93 year old grandma who always has a complaint said she loved it there and her sandwich was delicious!

The atmosphere and service were great. I loved the look of the place and the staff was really friendly. However, the food was terrible. First of all, the calamari was probably the worst Ive ever had. The breading had Mrs. Dash seasoning on it and the "marinara" on the side was actually Prego spaghetti sauce. I got the prime rib and it was average at best. It was fatty and a little cold. My girlfriends meal had A TON of salt in it. She couldnt even eat it. Great service. Great Atmosphere. Bad food. As nice as the place looked, I wont be back.

Decided to stop and eat here for lunch before going to a spa day and was very pleased! Started off with the cheese jalapenos..amazing.. Then I got a bbq chicken sandwich and my fiance got the salmon blt. Both were so good. The chicken was so tender and the salmon melted in your mouth. We got the mild sauce to dip our fries in. It was one of the best mild sauces Ive ever had. Definitely will be coming back and would recommend to anyone!

Calamari has so much salt in it, it burns the tongue. Chicken on my ceaser was actually raw. Salmon was dry and flavor less. Ham sandwich was too salty to even bother. The outside setting is kind of cool but does not make up for the food. Why are they showing an old super bowl on the TV? Local beer in a bottle. Dead empty on a Saturday night should have been a hint.

Had reservations for Saturday night. Table was ready as promised at 6:30 however it wasnt until 7:15 until we got our salads! The waitress warned us that the kitchen was backed up so we only ordered sandwiches for dinner however they didnt arrive until 7:25 and they were not very good and they were not hot. we will never go back there.

Louie at the bar with the soul patch shakin drinks for a minimum of 15 seconds makes a good stiff bev. Best bar food Ive had...aka they actually have healthy options. Joseph our waiter was all over it. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the music is terrible unless you were born in the roaring 20s. Cucoo!

Tell Lou the Bartender to make you one of his famous cocktails (his Cosmopolitan cant be beat !!!), I LOVE their grilled romaine salad w feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, tomatoes... the one at the Belvedere Hotel in Lancaster is 3 or 4 times the price and this one is BETTER!!

Ate here a few times in the past few years. Was just there a few weeks ago again. Keep hoping the food will get better but unfortunately it has not. I have tried different items on the menu and have always been disappointed. Mediocre at best. Service not much better.

Cool place to eat when your in the hershey area. Great atmosphere to relax, enjoy some drinks. Food was awesome, I had backdraft tuna sandwich and my girlfriend had the chicken and bella salad. We both liked our meals. Drinks were good as well.

The pours these guys do on mixed drinks is pretty great. Their food is pretty standard, but clearly I dont usually go here for the food. This is the kind of place where they will take time to learn your name after youve been in a few times.
