I have been coming here for over 3 years. I have had almost everything on the menu and I am rarely disappointed. My go to favorites are the Buffalo Cauliflower and Pork Belly Fries for appetizers but if they have soup on the menu definitely order it. The italian meat platter app is also on point. For a main course the pizzas are definitely good. Some of the pizza specialties over the years are hit or miss but the staples are excellent. Get the Brown Sugar Buffalo, Italian Sausage or my personal favorite the Duck Apple. They will make a standard cheese Pizza if you want and will omit items from the food choices if you ask. My all time favorite non Pizza items are definitely the Crab Cake Sliders, the Chicken Sandwich is amazing and when they had the Turkey Sandwich it was the best. One unusual comment about this place is that they have the best tasting water. Seriously I have not had better water anywhere and they use this high quality water to make their beer. Oh the beer. If you like ultra hoppy you may not find it here but variety you will find. Ive had probably 50 different beers from here and you can have a new one each week every Tuesday. They have a trial and error beer for 3 dollars a glass. A deal that cant be beat. Now I do believe prices have gone up slightly since I have first started coming here but not by leaps and bounds but a lunch can get pricey with 2 beers an app and a pizza costing you easily 40 dollars but wow is it worth it. The staff is usually very friendly and the place is clean and comfortable feeling. I cant say enough about how awesome this place is. Definitely worth a visit to see what all the fuss is about. You may get hooked like I did.

We went to Vault one week after their opening on a Friday night. The space was attractive, hip and warmly lit. Nice details including the copper pizza oven, the beer tanks, and the use of a bank vault for wine storage to name a few. There was a good vibe with the music and mix of locals, beer geeks and suburbanites seeking a new drinking spot. Clearly, I am not a beer snob or I would have a better description for “beer tank.” I do like beer, though, and enjoyed the lighter offerings. We tried the Blonde, Hefe, IPA, and Sweet Potato. I didn’t think the Sweet Potato would be drinkable past a sip or two, but I was wrong. They were all quite tasty! The food was good also. If you haven’t read elsewhere, they only serve a few items, so take that into consideration if you are a picky eater. The beet hummus was outstanding, as well as the brown sugar buffalo pizza. Take note – there is no chicken on the buffalo pizza! You won’t miss it, though. My only “complaint” is the seating in the upper dining area. Guys, you need either taller tables or shorter chairs! Watching men straddle these tables is not attractive at all. We will definitely go back.

I left the cost per person blank as it depends on how much beer you can drink. The food is ok. I expected more, but its really a great brew house. Come here for the beer for sure. I agree that the seating at / near the bar needs to be friendlier. There should be a foot rest bar underneath if there are no seats. Unless the desire is to keep the bar area clear. Lots of great beers and the price was decent for the quality of the beer. Good service, although I noticed the staff making pizzas didnt look the least bit happy and that stood out to me. Bartender was friendly and efficient. Bathrooms were in a weird spot downstairs, so not sure if this place would be considered wheelchair friendly. Also dont know if they put any bathroom on the first level for a wheelchair patron, but I certainly hope so. Conclusion - a welcome addition to the area with great beer - check them out!

I absolutely adore Vault. We have made it part of our bi-weekly date nights and it never fails. The pizzas-amazing. The beer-even better. We love the antipasto boards and the ever-changing menu. This place has gone through a few changes this year as they figure out what works best and Ive been please with each new thing I see. The high-top tables in the bar area are comfortable, the standing bar/waiting area was a great idea, there are no TVs which makes for a nice social environment and I love their use of technology with their hostesses and call aheads. The servers are usually good, but the bartenders are always wonderful, engaging, and love to talk about good beer. Keep up the wonderful work at Vault!

Nice concept-poor execution. Fun atmosphere. Appetizers need development. Buffalo cauliflower appetizer is a good idea, but over sauced, however the sliced carrots with arugula was a good attachment . Received one beer, drank it and no effort was made to refill it or provide another.-very poor servicing. Roast beef panini had a little bit of roast beef, some melted cheese and plenty of arugula - that was it- not much flavor. Still annoyed with not the slightest bit of effort to provide another beer throughout the meal and with getting desserts. Great desserts (smore and dark chocolate pudding) by the way.

Currently here and completely blown away by this place. I have been numerous amounts of breweries and even more restaurants, pubs, bars from pa, nj, ny, Vermont and Virginia and I have to say this is an outstanding place. I tried the blond, sweet potato, porter, and Russian imperial stout and they are all absolutely delicious and different from anything I have ever tasted. The manu is awesome and very vegetarian friendly which is a huge plus for me none of that plain portabella sandwiches or nachos. Will be coming back here very shortly. This place is great and the hours are even better.

The beer is excellent. I had a pale ale, an IPA, and a stout, which were all great. My wife had a homemade ginger ale, which was also great. The building is very cool and there was live jazz. The menu is very limited and they are very strict about not substituting or modifying anything on the menu so its difficult if youre a vegetarian, a picky eater, or you have any dietary restrictions. They do not have plain french fries, only fries that are covered in pork bellies, so if you are a vegetarian, no fries for you! Id go back for beers but not for a meal.

Came here for the beer, and loved the food just as much. Their menu is small but offers distinct tastes within a selection of sandwiches, pizzas, and greens dishes as well as rich desserts. Their coffee stout was excellent with a good body and head and great taste, and the flight covered several different IPAs, the coffee stout, and ales. You can order a full flight or just choose what you would like to have included. Do be aware that it is a bit pricey, for two people splitting a pizza and dessert and a flight and drink came out to $45
