To start this review off, I would like to give you some background information. After a good 2 hours of bowling at Berks Lanes, fantastic place by the way, we were starting to get hungry. We narrowed our choices down to a couple places, and Taco Bell and Burger King were the last two contenders. Since I had not eaten at Taco Bell for a while, I was ready to chomp down some soft tacos. We pulled up to Taco Bell, the eat-in was closed, so we went through the drive-thru. I ordered 3 soft-shell tacos and my friend ordered some more. At that moment I was satisfied from a good game of bowling and ready to inhale some calories. The drive-thru attendant who took our orders was very entertaining and definitely deserves some credit for keeping us entertained while ordering food. After receiving my Tacos, we proceeded to eat out in the parking lot. We sat on the ground, nothing to worry about since we were famished and ready to eat. After a couple minutes, all the food was gone. A couple of us wanted some more tacos, and since the inside was closed, we walked up to the drive thru and asked for 6 tacos. The first window employee/cashier closed the window and told us to wait. A few moments later, he tells us that his manager will not serve us because we did not have a car. We explained to him that our cars are parked out in the parking lot and it would be much easier and better for both him and us if we just walked over here, but he would not have it. At this point, we were very annoyed, cause we literally ordered 5 minutes back and we didnt feel like starting are cars up again to drive around the drive thru and make a hole in the ozone layer. After we walked back in shame to our hungry friends awaiting their food, someone had the brilliant idea of a getting a Car(t) through the drive thru. So I get in the cart, we order our food, everything is going good, credit card in hand, ready to pay... Then boom, the first window employee does not even open the window for us, and again begins to call up his manager, seeing if we had the green light to pay for our food and delight in some American Fast Food Tacos. We of course did not have the green light, and were not served. We again, drove away in shame, without food, and Taco Bell without business. I was very disappointing in their manager, and would rather go to Burger King next time, and Have it MY Way. tl;dr Bowling was awesome, decided to go to taco bell, ate some tacos, walked back up for more, they said no, we have to drive up for more, we did not want to because it would be much easier for us to walk, but they did not have it. Food tasted good, but the managers decision to kill our mood ruined the entire experience.

I was sent out at 10:30pm last night by my mom and grandma to order food that they were craving. I got to the drive thru and i went to order the $5 box and they switch what was in that box. I had to call my grandma and tell her what they had instead and she said nevermind and that she wanted 2 tacos and a mexican pizza. Then i got off the phone with her and wanted to order 3 spicy tostadas but they didnt have the shells to make them. So i had to call my mom to see what she wanted different. While this was happening another car pulled up through the drive thru and a guy that was not taking my order says through the mic "are you going to be ordering this food or what? Because i already started making it!" And i said yes and hes like " so youre going to pay for it ?" Yes i was going to pay for it but that was very disrespectful the tone of his voice and rushing me. So i finished ordering and i got to the window and i apologize to this girl that was there and she just smirked and smiled. I shouldnt have gone through with the order and gave this business money. I know im not going to again though. Thanks for the disrespect guys !!! Very much NOT appreciated..

Understanding Fast Food: Crew Member - Hourly Rate - $8.39 The Majority of FF places have a high turnover which means they are always hiring/firing people or replacing people who quit. When you only pay someone 80 more cents above minimum wage you cant honestly expect to keep good employees who do their job correctly. By paying such a low wage FF places are able to sell food for cheap while sacrificing in some areas like customer service and constant meal preparation. If they are out of something while a inconvenience should be almost expected. If you want to go to a place that always has everything you are going to have to pay more for it, and even then some higher-end places dont 100% of the time have everything on their menu. Overall most of the employees at this Taco Bell are nice and do a decent job, however during busy times they sometimes seem to slow down more then they should. Its also possible to get food that is any of the following; mildly warm, lacking in contents, and prepared differently. In the end, Taco Bell is Taco Bell if you want their food you can get it here and MOST of the time its just fine.

This is a quick and prompt taco bell location that serves breakfast. They are accurate and clean and do everything right. One of the better run taco bells Ive been to. I only dock a point off because the manager, I assume, was berating her employees about how to make change in a public space it was just unseemly. Im all for plain speaking but dont embarrass someone in front of the customers.

I specifically asked for no cheese because I am a vegan guess what they gave me ? cheese!! Cheese can make a vegan sick especially If they had no dairy in months! Ive tried calling over 5 times over a span of 15mins and no answer ! HORRIBLE SERVICE EVERYONE DESERVES TO BE FIRED!

Slowest. Taco Bell. Ever. Also, the food is generally never "hot" when I get takeout, even though I only have to drive 4 minutes to get home. Check your order before you pull out of the drive-thru, because it appears that sometimes the workers inside have not.

A had a late breakfast here on Tuesday May 16 2017. I arrived around nine. There were no other customers in the store at that time and I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. Good value for a dollar and I definitely would come back to the Wyomissing Taco Bell.

This is a newer Taco Bell. It is well managed, and the employees are friendly. They do a good job with the food, too. I was prompted to respond to a question about happy hour food... this Taco Bell does have happy hour specials on sodas.

Friendly food service with a smile...My son loves taco Bell, & actually found a meal I like recently, naked chicken chalupa...Could be better with some low carb/sugar meal choices..Im diabetic..so I would love that...

This is one of the better Taco Bell locations and I have never had a problem with an order or good quick service here. The worker at the drive thru window at my last visit greeted us with a huge genuine smile.
