Went on a Wednesday. Waited about 35min for a table. Atmosphere was good. Waiters were friendly. Homemade guacamole was good. Ordered beef tacos and carnitas. Both were very dry. They didnt seem very fresh. Overall 3 stars. Maybe the food was off that day. I would return again and give them another chance considering they are the only Mexican restaurant in Easton

I once asked a close friend to rank his first dining experience at El Dorado, his wedding day, his college graduation, the purchase of his first home, and the birth of his first child in order of what he considered to be the greatest moments of his life. If I remember correctly, I think college graduation and first child were numbers four and five on the list.

Excellent- excellent- excellent. It can not be said enough. We enjoy everything about El Dorado. The margaritas are wonderful and Peruvian choices on the menu are extraordinary. Small place so you may want to call ahead. It is worth any amount of wait. Thanks!

Absolutely the best Mexican food, hands down. The carne asada platter was so flavorful and it comes with a giant fresh scoop of guacamole. Wish i lived closer, but will definitely stop every time I come through town. Amazing
