Boston Style Pizza is a great neighborhood restaurant. Yes, the name says "pizza" but they have really good salads and sandwiches as well. The staff is friendly and food is expedited quickly and smoothly. While i would not say this was the best food of this type i have ever had, it is tasty and consistent and I would recommend it to others. Unlike some other pizza joints in the area, it is clear that having the customer satisfied is a priority, which is a big plus. It is also a very kid-friendly place.

Delivery was very snobby both times I made orders, restaurant is one mile away and they originally accepted my order and called to confirm, delivery guy then angrily said they do not send deliveries that far and it was a "courtesy". later found they severely messed up my order. Ordered a side of fries, they sent a disgusting steak pita wrap. I also ordered a fried eggplant Parmesan pizza and they sent it with unbreaded raw dry eggplant. Please do not do business with this place much better establishments

Last year I had a food delivery to my home. I waited 90 minutes for the order to arrive, and the order was wrong. I waited an additional 60 minutes to receive the correct order. Of course, I complained to the owner. There is now a note on my file not to deliver to my home. No respect to the customer. Bad customer service. If it was their error, why should I be blamed? After many home deliveries without incident, this is how I was treated.

Put in an order online. More than 30 minutes later we get a call that they "just received the order by fax" and that they were closing and couldnt complete the order. Total garbage excuse. If you dont want to take orders 40 minutes before your posted closing time, maybe you should close earlier, or you know, maybe tell your customers sooner than 30 minutes.

We were ordering for a group of 15. When calling in we spoke to someone who was rude and provided no guidance. She proceeded to have us order the most expensive way and then what we had delivered was not enough for the group. Terrible service. I will never order here again.

The best place to get a quick bite in the neighborhood. Great pizza (we skip the anchovies) salads, tuna melts, etc. They also have a very nice catering business that I used once and was very happy. Very fast delivery too. Very friendly people.

We had some food there wich would be ok but it was hard to apriciate since they blast political brainwash news on the TV. Cant enjoy food like this. Restorants should be politically neutral
