Please, whatever you do, avoid this Taco Bell/KFC location! We were going to Buckroe Beach for the first time and decided to drive thru to grab some quick lunch to take with us over the 4th of July weekend. BIG MISTAKE. We waited approximately 30 minutes to get our food (with only one car in front of us). The employee who brought it out to our car wasnt even sure if it was our order or not. When I open the bag, much to my dismay, I discovered refried beans had spilt out everywhere. Most of the burritos werent even wrapped all the way. Ive eaten at Taco Bell for years (hundreds of locations around the country) and this was, by far, the WORST fast food experience Ive ever had! My husbands burrito was so soggy/poorly made that it leaked THROUGH the paper. We took it inside to see about getting them remade and waited for half an hour, behind a group of 5 or so hunger/angry customers who were either complaining about their food or the wait theyd experienced (most were there for KFC). Once it was our turn, the employee manning the front counter walked away without helping us. We waited for another 5 minutes before another employee finally gestured to him that we had been waiting and needed assistance, in which he responded with an eye roll. We kindly explained our issue (after all, I DID feel bad that he had been bombarded with complaints) and asked that we just get a refund. I had no interest in waiting another half hour for them to remake the same crappy food. He gave us a refund without an apology and with quite an attitude. I dont know who manages/owns this location, but PLEASE do something about your employees! They all need retrained on both food preparation and customer service. I would not be surprised to see this location shut down. It was an absolute horrible experience and a waste of an hour of my day. I plan to contact corporate with a complaint so that they can make the owner aware of these issues.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I do not know who runs this place but they need to do some serious looking into on thier employees. My hisband went to pick up some food and the guy talking to him at the drive thu menue gave him one price and a different guy at the window gave him a different price. Then the guy at the window apparently didnt know how to run a credit card machine but still slid my husbamds card, proceeded to call help over and it was slid AGAIN. When I was told about what happened by my husband I checked our bank to find this store charged for BOTH prices, trying to call that store 3 times and no one answered, tried to call their corporate office and no one answered. DO NOT GO HERE if you do not want to be double charged and dont try to call them because obviously they do not care.

This is the worst taco bell in the world they always mess up the order ive lived here my whole life and i am at the point where i will not go back the food was bad anf they missed two things i paid for they opened 4 minutes late yhen i waited 10 mins for them to bring my food out to me. And when she came out she lectured me on not sitting in the drive threw before they opened when i was there 1 minute early they are the ones who opened late the food wasnt even hot and missing a nacho supreme and messed up my kids tacos its crazy how incompetent they are. And i called to complain the girl i was speaking to didnt even listen she tried to talk over me. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible service even worse food. Never have anything on the menu. Try to order for my girlfriend and I and always have to go to the Mercury blvd location instead. Employees are beyond ghetto and never have any personality. And they NEVER answer the phone. Theyd make a lot off of us as theyre located around the corner from us, but wed rather go elsewhere. Also, they always ask us to "pull up front" but never add our sauces to the bag even upon request at the window. HORRIBLE! Hate every employee

Always horrible. Usually only get taco bell so decided to give the kfc part a chance. Got two Nashville chicken littles (in the picture on the sign, the chicken in fully covered in sauce) my chicken had BARLEY a drizzle of the Nashville sauce only on the top of the chicken. Bread was hard and dry. It was not editable. Even if it wasnt spicy, I wouldnt give it to my dog. The lady at the window was a sweetheart though. I feel so bad for her as she must get a lot of attitude for the cooks mistakes.

Rude I teach my kids to say please and thank you and I just stop here for drive-thru after I ordered my meal I said thank you after she handed me my food I said Thank you after she handed my card back when I paid. I said thank you after she handed my drink I said Thank you and before I left I said have a good day. SHE NEVER SAID YOUR WELCOME NOT THE FRIST TIME THEN NO receipt. Of you dont like your job quit. Im sure there is someone who would love to have the space you are waisting.

So so SLOOOOOW. Be Careful if you drive a big truck-the drive thru has a mean bend/curve. But yes, this place is so slow. Im never ever through the drive thru in under 19 minutes (yep, Ive timed it and 19 is my shortest time waiting) Ive actually had a time of 37 once...they instructed me to pull around and Walt of course (9 out of 10 trips there result in pulling around and waiting for the "carhop".

I am a Hampton City employee. The food here is fine, weve (coworkers and I) have never had horrible experience in that area, but their Customer Service is The Worst!! I work with the same population that they serve, and they can test you, But, these workers are no better. We never get receipts and they are frequently out of one thing or another. Corporate needs to step in and revamp!

I cant belive how bad this place is. Ive been several times. Every time it takes 3 times longer than you would expect from a taco bell and almost every time theyve screwed something up. Last time they burned the crunchwrap so badly i couldnt eat it. This time grilled stuffed burrito was completely smashed with filling leaking out from every side.

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had in a taco bell (and kfc). I asked if someone could get me a cup, since the cashier forgot it, and they just said that I needed to wait for the cashier (so that they could go around and talk to their friends) And then they just cussed and yelled at each other. But yeah, horrible service in general.

It seems that this taco Bell is the skimpiest when it comes to burrito toppings, or anything else for that matter. Staff is pretty friendly so Ill add a star for that. Lowered to one star. Soooo slow. Just garbage. Quesadilla is burnt, effect this place.

Drive thru is super slow at this location . Not the place to go on a lunch break; Slow service. Updated interior. Its hit or miss whether or not youll deal with a friendly or rude employee.
