Even though we ordered online, when got to the store they told my husband they couldnt find our order and that were making it now. When i went in 10 minutes later they "found" our order in the hot box. When i told the clerk how annoying this was after ordering it and driving 25 minutes to get it the manager told me I was being rude. I told her that I was being honest and that they just lost a customer. She needs to go back to management school! Next time we will go to the bridgeton location.

Picked up my order and get all the way home to discover I was given the wrong pizza. I call to get them to make the right thing and I am told that there is no way I did not get what I ordered. I go back pizza in hand and wait for my new pizza and it turns out to be the wrong pizza again. I understand it was the end of the night and you two want to go home but get it together.
