This place was absolutely awful. I ordered a pork Lo mein combination meal and they delivered it but they did not deliver the right food. We then called to ask for the right order and they claimed we were lying and would only deliver more food if we paid for it. After a screaming fit on the phone, I decided to NEVER order from this place again. Workers are absolutely rude and disrespectful. The women I was on the phone with initiated a verbal fight. After reading other reviews, I learned that this is not the first time this has happened and seems to be a daily occurrence. I was suggest NEVER eating here for the food is awful anyways and workers are extremely disrespectful. Id give this place 0 stars if I could

I have had consistently good food and servicefrom this family owned primarily pick-up/take out Chinese restaurant!.... Ive found that delivery wasnt always smooth because there are language barriers. They do try hard to get it right. They eat the food they make, though it may be a Lil bit different. Take the time to let them know what YOU like on the menu, if you like spicy or not...Etc. and return. Theyll get to know and Love you for coming back!!! Faves:. Bean curd Veg. Soup, Lo Mein, Sechuan Tofu, BBQ spare ribs Bone In, Duck, and more!

placed a very simple order for delivery (two combination platters) and the food showed up 2 hours later after being told 45 minutes. tried to explain how long I waited for the food to the delivery driver who didnt speak a word English except for "delivery." I called the restaurant several times during the two hour wait and was told that the delivery driver had just left each time I called. dont bother ordering from here

Ordered General Tsos white meat chicken it was the worst ever! I could barely eat it! The chicken was inedible and it was all hard! What the hell happen to Great China???? I knew I was in trouble when I saw three unnoticeable Chinese guys inside working! The woman and her husband were the best! Not anymore! Sorry Great China you lost a great customer!

Only positive thing I have to say is that the customer service is great/fast, but the food is not so great. Ive ordered bourbon chicken twice and the spare ribs once all of which were very dry, no sauce whatsoever in the platter and also the spare ribs were burnt to the point where I couldnt eat half of them.

Good food. Most dishes are done well, and frankly better than any of the other chinese places here in west chester. To to great with the hot and sour soup (a bit jello-y), but otherwise good. Quantity is right on point and delivery is fast. Ive tried them all in the area, I would highly recommend Great China.

Great China is the best spot in West Chester for Chinese food. They have inexpensive combo specials and the portions are big enough for two meals. You also get a free soda if you are a West Chester University student. I highly recommend this family owned restaurant!

Great family-run Chinese place. Recently upgraded their tables. Mostly known for pick-up take out. Our favs include sweet and sour, lo mein, egg foo yong, General Tso/Sesame chicken, and beef/chicken with broccoli. Good wonton soup and egg rolls.

Great China offers the best bang for the buck out of any Chinese restaurant in West Chester. Their General Tso chicken is great, especially for the price. Their meats are of quality and meal portions are always plentiful.
