My daughter and I went through the drive thru and we attempted to use a survey code receipt for a free spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. At this same location 2 weeks earlier we did the same thing with the intention of paying the difference from the original sandwich and the employee did not charge us anything for the upgrade to spicy or cheese. Rachel told us we cannot use the coupon. We mentioned to Rachel, who we believe to have been a manager, that we had used a different survey code receipt 2 weeks prior and we were able to use the coupon just fine. She immediately got an attitude with us, interrupted our explanation, and proceeded to scold us to never do this again and that she would give it to us this time. She said we would still have to pay for the cheese and I quote her saying "unless of course she gave you that for free too" in a sarcastic yet obnoxious way. We replied yes, in fact she had. The situation was very uncomfortable for my family and I. This is not what we have come to expect from CFA. 4 weeks earlier we had visited the same location as we often do and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. We received a regular chicken sandwich. We told Rachel on that day as well about our issue and she proceeded to make us another sandwich incorrectly. Again a regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy. What happened tonight really was the last straw for us and we will never go to this location again. We will be posting this review to Yelp and Google reviews as well.

My family and I have ALWAYS had positive experiences there. We have been regulars for several years and the customer service from the staff is exceptional. They have consistently been attentive, polite, and beyond expectations in every way. Yesterday they went beyond my expectations yet again. My wife realized when she arrived home an hour after leaving the restaurant that she had likely thrown her credit card in the trash with her other garbage. She also said when she was there it was crowded and there were people in line so she was sure the trash can that she tossed her card in was already removed and was maybe already in a dumpster. I called the store to alert them in case it was found on the floor or left on the counter by mistake. Andrew, the associate who answered the phone, volunteered to search the trash for it. I assured them that I did not expect them to do this but if the card was turned in to let us know. Later that afternoon Andrew called back to say they had found the card and would keep it in the safe until we could return for it! Needless to say the staff saved me quite a bit of hassle with their exceptional efforts. This is the quality of employee at this location where you will also find delicious Chic-fil-A food!

My coworker drove 20 minutes to order our lunches. Our receipt says exactly what we ordered, 3 sandwiches, a fry, and a lrg drink. What we actually received was 2 chicken nugget boxes, 2 fries, 1 sandwich, and 1 drink. All the manager was willing to do was have us drive another 40 minute (round trip) just to get a refund because they physically needed the card to refund the money, no offer of replacing our lunches or even bringing us new lunches-considering this wasnt our fault and we cant spend over 2 hours just getting our lunches in order. I was offered a voucher but that doesnt feed our hungry employees. They certainly lost our business. Update: we didnt even get fresh nuggets. I understand we are 20 minutes away so they wont be as hot but these were obviously left in the warmer for awhile considering theyre hard, cold, and extremely dried out. Ive been in the food industry for awhile so I know exactly what Im looking at.

The place is great for some health food and a hurry. Just watch waht time you go, if you go durrning 11:30Am to 1:30PM on a week day, be prepared for a major crowd. It is with in walking distance to air products and it can be very busy. I do have to say they do a good job keeping up with the orders to get you in and out very quickly.

The quality of the food is good for fast food as usually is at Chick-fil-A. However I have found that I seem to be missing toppings occasionally or the food is advertised with more options that arent well marked. This location also tends to be extremely busy during normal meal hours so be prepared for a line.

Great fresh food and fruit cups. Nice setting with super friendly staff. A few orders have been missed here and there but overall its always worth going back. Get rid of the automated phone catering order system.... its a waste of time. I liked it better when you called and spoke to a live person.

This chick fil a RESTURANT has the nicest employees, I think they are all Christians, the food here is the best around and you cannot get a more enjoyable place to eat with great food and great service and great employees.

The Trexlertown location is consistently one of the best run fast food restaurants Ive ever been to. Year after year, the place is clean, the order is correct, the quality of the food is outstanding and consistent, and the service is fast and friendly.

I have went to many Chick Fil As in the area and even out of the area and this one is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and put together. The food is delicious and comes quickly no matter if you are using the drive thru or dining in.

The friendliest family place there is. The staff is very polite, the place is clean and pleasant, the food is excellent for even picky eaters and the play area is awesome for little ones. If you have kids this is the place to go.

Great restaurant. Visited during lunch rush and they were swamped. But still managed to get in and out with my order in an extremely quick manner. Great friendly staff as well. Just wished they were open on Sundays!

Everyone who works there is simply amazing. They are all very helpful and friendly. I dropped my waffle fries and the manager gave me another one immediately. Best experience ever!
