This was hard, I reluctantly gave it three stars when I started. After writing the review, I realized it was a two star rating. Ive been twice. Mediocre is generous. I had the green curry with chicken last time. The coconut milk in the sauce was separated, it wasnt a smooth, creamy sauce. I asked for Thai Hot and it was medium hot at best. The chicken was a bit rubbery. The vegetables not interesting. Overall, not a flavor filled experience. The companion had a fried rice dish which was dry and boring. The waiter was kind in a bit of an over eager way. The rest of the staff hung out at the bar watching T.V. (maybe they should have spent more time in the kitchen on the food preparations). And note, we went early and were the only ones there at 5pm on a Sunday. We should have had an amazing meal since we were the one dish being cooked. But it tasted like the cook was lazy and inspirited.

This was my favorite restaurant when I found out about it 1 year ago. I told everyone about it and one of my friends loved it so much he went 3 days in a row with different friends. The third time he got food poisoning and was really sick for a good three days and it lasted about 6 days. I was very sad about it because I loved the place and I felt bad for my friend. Now I am hesitant to go there. Good food but, at your own risks!

Staff is incredibly friendly. Spring rolls where very good. I had lard na. This dish is very unique in flavor and it was good but not a traditional lard na. It was very thick and leaned to the sweet side. It should have a smokey savory flavor. With that said it was as close to the real thing as i have had since moving to Pennsylvania. I will definitley return and tell all my friends! Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.

I have eaten Thai all over the world including many, many visits to various parts of Thailand. Sawadee Thai is easily on par with the best Ive ever had. The food is wonderful. The ambience is lovely and the staff are just superb. Its like being in Thailand and I love it! Its our favourite place to eat and Id recommend it to anyone.

Slow service, but not unbearable. I cant remember the name of my dish, but it was pork in peanut sauce with broccoli. Broccoli wasnt cooked thoroughly and the pork didnt blend well with the peanut sauce. The building was clean, and the staff is quite friendly.

My girlfriend and I love this place, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. They also cater to people that are vegan and have severe wheat allergies. Definitely recommend we have been going there for a month now, and weve gone three times

Excellent appiziters and solid entrees. For people who like spicy food the "Thai hot" spice level probably isnt actually "Thai hot" but that doesnt really take away from the quality of the food. A tad pricey but not over-the-top.

My mom and I loved the restaurant! The atmosphere was very nice, the staff was great, and the food was awesome! I will definitely be back for more Thai calamari and chicken pad Nam mun hoy as well as some additional entrees!

Definitely one of the better Thai options in the Lehigh Valley. The restaurant is unassuming from the front, but has a nice vibe once inside. The staff is very friendly and prompt, while the food is fresh and tasty.
