Our first time going there and we will never go there again! The soup was barely warm. The service was incredibly slow. One of our party ordered a taco salad, which basically looked like a garden salad with a torn-up hamburger on top of it. The menu said it came with salsa and sour cream and neither were brought with the salad. The tea was instant and looked like apple cider. When we went to pay, they ran my card, said it didnt go through and asked me for the card again. They ran it a second time and when I checked my bank account this morning, it hit my bank account twice. I called and asked to speak to a manager and he was too busy to speak to me, even after I told the girl that answered why I wanted to speak to him. She told me I would have to bring in proof that it hit my bank twice. I told her I have never had to do that when this has happened before. They should be able to look at the detail of the credit cards they ran and see that they ran it twice. She told me she would have the owner call me back. The same girl called me back 10 minutes later and told me the same thing. I said that is ridiculous that they screwed up and I have to inconvenience myself to provide them proof, when they have it right there. When this has happened before the restaurant went ahead and credited the second charge back to my account without me having to make a special trip to prove that they screwed up. Total incompetence and lack of customer service in my opinion!

Decided to give this place a try this evening. Ordered a black diamond steak, medium rare, came out rare, shouldve ordered it medium well and I asked for another steak cooked medium well. They threw my steak back on the grill as is and brought it back out (most restaurants will give you a brand new steak, least in my experience). While I am waiting for it, the cook comes out to another table and takes their order, all the while he has tongs in the back pocket of his jeans right next to his wallet. Waitress asks how my steak was, I proceeded to tell her that a new steak would have been more appropriate. To this, she did not reply. I mentioned the tongs in the back pocket of the jeans of the cook and was informed that he was not cooking tonight and the tongs were to get grease out of the broiler; few seconds later the same man brings out two plates of food, with a cooking apron on covered in food, to the table that he took the order from beside us. Had to ask for dinner rolls that came with our meals (there were 3 of us) she asks if we only want 1 roll and had to ask for refills on drinks. Not one of my better experiences in a resturant. Service could be much, much, much better.

I have to go 3 or 4 times a week to eat at night in Waynesboro. Honestly in the United States a huge problem everywhere with normal products. Prices are like in Baltimore, but the quality of the products is higher. Friendly staff, very friendly staff. I do not have the right to demand a restaurant service at the restaurant level with one Michelin star for $ 20. I traveled a lot around the world and Ill be honest, Im satisfied with everything. I would update the menu and make it more festive, but in general, Im completely satisfied with everything. Service in the US in the restaurant business is much higher than in many countries and in Europe ... In Russia, if you do not like something, there have been times when you could get it on the head from the staff ))). By this, comparing with other countries and diners, everything suits me.

Service was great.Looked to be a clean restaurant...Food was good...Except for my taco salad and I cant really say it wasnt good.But I never ate taco salad with cucumbers and green peppers.I was looking for refried beans on the bottom ,topped with lettuce,onion tomatoes, and shredded cheese.The meat wasnt taco flavored and I like the chili/meat with taco seasoning. Then topped with salsa and sour cream. So I just took my salad home.Stopped at the store on my way home,got me some refried beans and the Hormel chili with beans and it was delish..My husband said his food was good.Says a lot for him because he is picky. We definitely plan on going back and trying something else.

Ate here for the first time last night. We were seated right away, and our order was taken very quickly. In less than 5 minutes, we had our appetizer which was hot and fresh. Within another 5 minutes or so we had our meals, which were cooked as requested and very good. Price was fair, but was more like a sit down resturant price instead of a diner price. But anyway, we will definitely be back. Keep up the good work guys. Also, to anyone thinking about going here, dont let the bad reviews keep you from trying it. Its a great resturant.

Cozy but bright. Good food, large portions. Clean and lots of space. Will probably give it another go to try out more of the menu and see if the experience is the same. Youre looking at $10 a plate $5 for kids menu action then add your drinks at about $2 each we have a burger joint ...4 atleast plus 3 subways 3 buffets and Applebees. Not that their stuff is bad here but if youre going to spend over 10 a person .... atleast try some steak or pasta or seafood dishes.

SUCKS............. NEVER AGAIN. The stir fry is like came out of the garbage and i did not eat had the waitress take back and get a burger and that was another joke. brings out a burger on a bun thats it. and ... bake potato, put some sour creme on and OMG, that was Bad.it was spoiled... waitress is like oh my Im sorry.... REALLY. AND WAY OVER PRICED...... NEVER AGAIN..... "MINUS" -10 STARS

Ate here tonight with my mom for dinner. The restaurant was clean and bright and our server was friendly and prompt. The menu was filled with many options at fair prices. Our food arrived to our table quickly and the portions were large. Our food was hot and tasted good. Our beverages were quickly refilled before they even got empty. Overall, great experience and will be returning again.

Stopped by this evening.Manager told seating hostess 1 hour wait time. Hardly anyone in restaurant. Will not be back until that Manager is gone. They wont be around long because they need our business to survive. Dont no who the Money Partner is but he has an ASS Hole for a manager. Well give our business to Chambersburg who treats the customer with respect

Been here twice since it opened last week. Both times at around 2 AM. Great food at fair prices, with a good atmosphere. It may seem pricey to glance at the menu but the quality is way above what youd expect from a diner at that hour. And that being the time I primarily eat dinner, I love the place. Ill be going back for sure.

Foods exceptional and like any place every place has there kinks in the beginning Im glad they got it together because my experience is not what these other reviews are saying my experience was great and her satisfying!!!! Will definitely be coming back! Thanks for opening a 24 hr restaurant we needed one in Waynesboro.
