I was in the mood for some Wings and thought Id stop in and grab a quick bite to eat. The server was nice and the beer was cold but the wings were not all that great. While waiting for my food they had a guy come by my table and introduce himself as "Guest Experience Captain" - I didnt want to be bother but he insisted that he tell me that he could normally put any game on the TVs but due to the storm outside they could only carry the current game. I gave him a look of being disinterested but he didnt get the hint. He wasted about 4 minutes of my time trying to make himself feel good about his position. Im not sure if this would really get me to come back to BWW.

Our group of four arrived and were promtly sat on the patio. After being placed at a cramped hightop, We asked to be moved to a lower more spacious table. We had notebooks and tablets as this was a business meeting. Only two of us had even sat at the table so it should not have been a problem. The waitress rolled her eyes at our request. Awesome. The rest of the evening was as expected... decent food served at a decent price. Until we needed to track down another waitress as ours couldnt seem to be found...

If your going to jip people with sauce portions on the wings just tell them. You are over charged for poor quality chicken and then the flavor is lacking. Literally I feel like I went and bought a generic bag of chicken at walmart lightly dabled it in poor tasting sauce and bought 40 dollars of scratch off losers. Sad. But hey they have a TV to make me forget about getting raped on the quality and cost.

The wings are terrible for a place literally named for wings. Ive been to three different BWW locations and all of them how soggy, soft wings. Then one time I ordered then extra crispy, and the cook I think left the in the fryer for half an hour out of spite. They were inedible. Go to a local bar on wing night. Anywhere will be better

Not bad. Wings are decent, burgers are about average and sandwiches are more than accepted. Service is hit or miss, tables tend to be dirty or uncleaned at times and more than a couple of times have my orders been messed up. Place offers a ton of alcohol and beer options and is a great place to catch a sports game. Not bad, Id recommend.

Horrible experience. Overpriced, VERY overhyped wings. So loud. I couldnt even hear my date sitting across from me. It wasnt even busy. The TVs were deafening. The waitress seemed overly needy and clueless about what she was doing. The menu designer should be replaced. I will not be going here again...for wings, at least. Or a date.

Server was never around we ordered the lunch specials and our salads came after our wings. Seemed a little out of order. My mother in law ordered Azian Zing boneless wings (ehi h she orders all the time at other locations around the country) and said there was now flavor and only heat. Overall we werent inpressed.

Buddy of mine went there for dinner with some other buddies and to his surprise they gave him raw wings.. After working in the past in the food industry there is one thing Ive learned.. you dont play with raw chicken.. To anyone who desires to keep eating raw chicken.. Ive got one word for yall.. We come here for boneless wings every Thursday. They are either packed or empty. The servers are usually attentive and polite. Wings come out to our table fast and are always cooked to perfection although they can be skimpy with the sauce sometimes but they wont hesitate to bring more without a fuss.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and got an unexpected phone call about the death of a family member. Our server happened to witness this and at the end of the meal, our check was paid. That doesnt usually happen. Kuddos to the staff for being so kind. Food and service was excellent as usual.

Great food with very friendly staff. They have tablets to entertain young ones and a 15 minute lunch break If you are on a lunch break , they always have the customer in mind. The app let you rack up points for free stuff like dessert. One of my favorite places to eat.

The wait can be long , Ive even had uncooked chicken served to us. BUT they never fail to accommodate and the good is always hot, the apps come to the table before the drinks so they get 5 stars for satisfaction

Poor service and was fairly dirty. The staff was slow to 5 min to get a refill of a drink and sat us at a dirty table. Finnaly got food and it was bad, it seemed overcooked. Will never go there again.

This location in Washington is the best we have visited so far. Beer on tap is ice cold and taps are obviously clean. Great service
