Well to begin, when the waiter came over to take my order, I asked for a take out plate,cup, and plastic utensils. He told me they didnt have any which I knew it couldnt be true because T.G.I.F.has carry out. I let that slide though because I was trying to have a night out with the kids. So, I ordered a grilled salmon Cobb salad and chicken fingers and fries for the kids. Instead of the salmon, they brought me chicken breast. I gave it back hoping to get the correct order. I got the same exact salad back with leftover pieces of chicken and they put the salmon over it. They gave my kids 3 chicken fingers with what looked like not even a hand full of fries. My kids seemed to be insulted and told me we couldve gotten more food if we had gone to Wendys. ****What took the cake is that while eating my salad with the grilled salmon, I discovered that the fish was still raw. **** Oh yeah...and the metal utensils were dirty also. NEVER AGAIN! !!! Waiter also offered me,the only adult there, happy hour drinks with my three kids. No common sense.

sits at the bar. Waited 30 minutes to be given menus by the guy. Waited another 30 minutes for him to ask my partner what he wanted to drink. Soon he disappeared, came back ask me what I wanted to drink i told him. Hes like I need to see your ID. Told him I didnt have it. Dude disappeared again. Came back gave my partner his drink and disappeared AGAIN ! He didnt put a drink of water on the table or ask to order a non alcoholic drink since I didnt have my ID. he just ignored us and left. I got his attention by taking a sip of my partners drink and he immediately cash us out and said hes not gonna serve us. I asked for the manager and she took care of the bill $6 for my partners beer. Will not be coming back! If he doesnt like his job QUIT OR STAY Yo Ass HOME

I just left TGI Fridays and it was a horrible experience. Someone in my party had a BEE in her pasta. The manager NATALIE told me it was a BEE then asked if we wanted something eles. The paramedics was called and NATALIE did not come over to check on the girl to see if everything was OK. As a matter of fact I had to keep asking " where is the manager the paramedics want to know what was in her pasta" I had to wait 15 mins before she came out of the kitchen to tell them it was a BEE. What makes me ANGRY is that our waitress was more concerned about the girl and the MANAGEMENT didnt give a danm. The waitress and the hostess apologize when we was leaving the resturant the manager said NOTHING AT ALL..

Came here for the first time in six years waitress was GREAT but for some reason there was a mix up in our servers we had one server who wasnt our server continuously come up to us when he was not our server so there must have been a mix up in the tables... However our server was AWESOME but food was HORRIBLE it was BARELY WARM!!!!!!!! IM EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED!!! this place isnt what it used to be I wont be returning... The food looks like they literally threw it on the plate AND RUSHED IT OUT... Id expect this if this place was slammed but theres barely any customers... MY DINNER DID COME OUT HOT THE ONLY ITEM I WAS SERVED HOT BUT BY THAT TIME I LOST MY APPETITE...

I will never go back to this Fridays Restaurant ever again!! The food was HORRIBLE! There was a total of 6 of us that went out to lunch after a movie for my birthday. 3 of us order burgers MEDIUM & they came out WELL DONE plus the food wasnt even hot. My grandma ordered soup & it WASNT HOT & she sent it back to asking she likes it hot & it came back the colder like they didnt even warm it up. My boyfriend got a salad with steak strips & there was 4 tiny pieces that were OVER COOKED. The only thing that I can say was good my my sweet potato fries. So SAD & DISAPPOINTING!!!!

The boneless wings are amazing, and the fries are pretty good. However, this place is way over prices for the bad food quality and poor service. The waiter showed up often, but did not know the menu well. Additionally, the waiter forgot things he said he would bring, such as the blue cheese and extra plates. The New York Bacon burger was cold with hard as wood stale bacon. Everyone in the table complained of small portion size for the $15-30 youll pay for your plate. Overall, go to another sports-bar themed restaurant and save your money and hood mood.

First off if i could give this place 0 stars i totally would. The service was decent but the wait in between appetizers was long and dreadful. Bottomless appatizers comes with a downfall. The fact every customer in our section had something to say to the manager speaks volumes. I got my first appetizers and never got my second while my friends got there second and third and when i received it it wasnt even what i ordered. Why is this even promotion even a option if the service lacks this bad......Kill me plz

Worse TGI I ever been to. The service was horrible. I ordered the sizzling chicken and it was not even hot when its suppose to be sizzling and the plate was cold. Took them forever to take our order and bring the food out. Our waiter was very unprofessional and not well groomed. This guy looked like Rick Ross with a bunch of facial hair. To make matters worse his pants was sagging. I will never go to this specific TGI ever again.

I love Fridays! However at this particular Fridays we got a girl who was clearly newly employed and didnt give us a check with our stripes code, didnt know certain items that we knew were on the menu and when did they start automatically charging a 18% tip?? Dont get me wrong the food at Fridays is always great, especially the mac n cheese but Id say to them to make sure all employees know the menu and the checkout process.

Made a reservation for 9 people at 530pm, showed up 15 minutes early, and the Manager of TGI Fridays (Oakwood Plaza in Hollywood, FL) advised their computer system is down and they are NOT honoring reservations, even though we had a screenshot of the reservation on our cell phones. Terrible Mothers Day. I will not be eating at any if these restaraunt chains since making a reservation does NOT matter.

Well, where do I start? First, waited at the bar, least 5 minutes, before I was acknowledged, ordered drinks 8 minutes later received, bathroom reeked of sickness, OK I said, ordered food, sliders,on bar bites, also French Dip. Ok food delivered cold, sent back, got back rewarmed, a just cold, enough of this place, WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Hour wait for food. Food delivered in correct. Missing items, never got drink requested. Steak cooked incorrectly and tough. Broccoli warmed not cooked. Empty drinks most of meal. Music to loud for conversation. 30 mins after bill requested to receive bill another 15 to run card. Over all food was poor quality and service is less than desirable.
