Slow and long lines inside or out, unfortunately its the only drive thru coffee house around there. Drinks often made incorrectly, or lukewarm. Always "just ran out" of dark roast coffee forcing long waits for simple orders. Never any plain milk at the coffee bar. No seating, tiny cramped interior, wifi always malfunctioning, restrooms "closed for cleaning" or blocked with supplies. Needs a remodel and more mature management.... needs something! Competition maybe?

This is a great Starbucks franchise. The staff are fantastic, the product is always as it should be, and the drive-through line moves very quickly. Quite simply, they always do a great job of making sure that you get what you ordered quickly and correctly. I love this place.

Ordered some food online. Went to pick it up. When I arrived they said they didnt have it. No attempt was made to contact me and save me a trip. Not offered anything for my troubles. Will not return.

Drive thru lines can be ridiculously long , but they move pretty quickly during peak times . I usually do mobile ordering more often than not my drinks are correct and theyre always very friendly

A good location in the heart of Robinson, mainly would recommend as a drive thru as seating inside is quite limited. With that aside, great service and quality food and beverage.
