People think this place has great smoothies and coffee. Ive been to better places and it is not not here. The prices are higher than Starbucks for the two (2) sizes that they do have not only that their main ingredients Im allergic to which is Mango and Coconut milk/ water. Their coffee is horrible and the woman who runs it is bias to customers who dont buy anything from her and wont substitute to accommodate for allergies. I have no problems with small businesses just theirs. She brings in her pasteries she most likely buys from Wal-Mart. I rather go to Mill Mountain Café, where the drinks are better with cost and flavor and staff is friendlier.

I love small businesses and so glad I found this coffee shop.I visit Roanoke because I have doctors appointments all the time. It was very comforting and modern at the same time. The lady behind the counter was so cheery and phenomenal service. She let me try different coffee is because I wasnt sure what I would like but I believe that I liked the 420 brand. I also got a blueberry smoothie that was absolutely to die for and come to find out that there was no added sugar or artificial stuff at it in. I have many doctors appointments in Roanoke so I think I will stop there before or after my appointments. Thank you for your amazing service.

I love it here. The staff at the bee hive have always treated me and everyone with kindness,great service and the best damn smoothies in Roanoke. I disagree with this Jeremy Landon fellow. This kind lady is not mean or rude in any way. Ive seen him and his lady hang out in the building all day but never buy anything,witch leads to the question,how can you be so judgmental about her products if you never purchased anything,haha,wierd. To be honest...all the drinks have tasted better ,its been under new ownership, I love little bee hive!!!!!

How lucky we are to have Little Green Hive in our community! I am not much of a coffee drinker, but I love tea and smoothies and Little Green Hive has some of the best around. The smoothies are very delicious and are one of the places that I can have smoothies since I am vegan (most other places fill up their smoothies with milk products!). The owners are very friendly as well. Thanks for being a bright spot in 16 West Little Green Hive!

I dont get to go too often but every time I go I bring a friend and I havent had anything that Little Green Hive made that wasnt simply amazing. I personally love their iced chai tea and their smoothies. Some reviewers might disagree but I think that Little Green Hive is one of the best coffee shops in the area, support local!

I LOVE this place! The coffee is delicious, as are the smoothies - and the freaking chocolate scones! Ugh, they are so good! Sharon and Leo really know their stuff; I love being around people who are equally enthusiastic about their business as their customers. Truly, its one of my favorite spots in all of Roanoke!

Lovely Southern Life

Little Green Hive serves locally roasted coffee by Red Rooster out of Floyd. You can easily tell the difference between coffee that is freshly roasted and coffee that is not. The shop, located inside 16 W Marketplace is cute and the coffee was great.
