Dont bother with this place. You can get better food and service just about any place else. Wanted a simple take-out order 4 cheese burgers (plain, mind you) and 1 order of onion rings. Is it that hard....thats all they do!? Get home and no onion rings. I called and got the attitude like what do you want me to do about. Not even an insincere apology. I said - so you guys screwed up an thats it. The rude cashier (Megan) says "Yup". I asked to speak to a manager who wouldnt even get on the phone!!! I was told that "she would speak to me tomorrow when I came in for my refund." Unbelievable. Sure a food order can get messed up (even though they werent that busy) but the way it was handled will ensure that I will never spend another penny at that restaurant and would never recommend it to anyone.

The service is nice and a step above fastfood certainly. Its important to know what youre getting at this place, however. For around $14 I got a two-patty burger with bacon and ketchup, a side of fries, and a regular-sized milkshake. Considering the second patty and milkshake, thats a very fair price. Its similar to Five Guys in that way. The quality of Jakes comes from its freshness, not any artisanal ingredients or cooking styles. Fries and burger hot, and milkshakes cold. Theres an option to add malt, but the shakes are pretty solid without it. Portion sizes are appropriate. 4/5 stars because its a bit of a cramped location. They should double the square footage of the place; Jakes would get more room to work with, serve more customers, and become more popular locally.

Awful experience from start to finish. They gave me a milkshake that was half empty and then got upset when I wanted a knew one. Then after running me out of the place I get home to find they forgot my fries. I try one of my sons fries and they are ice cold. I call in they give the phone to what I assume is the manager and all she does is ask me 5 times if I was sure the fries are not in the bags...

I give this wayback burger 1 star. I ordered online brought it home and it was incorrect. I had to drive back down to get the correct order and when I walked in everybody ignored me for a good 3 minutes. Of course they probably knew why was there considering I had my receipt in my hand and the incorrect food. I love Wayback Burgers but this customer service sucked.

This place has delicious burgers and uses fresh ingredients, but they are overpriced. And its kind of annoying that they charge for sauce.. Not extra sauce, I would be ok with that, but if u want one sauce with your fries or meal its 60 cents. Also I was eating in there wearing a wool coat and still really cold.

Best Burgers around! These are grilled and served immediately. They dont even have a heat lamp. The buns are also excellent. Great service as well. They bring the food rigjt to your table, help with anything you might need. Try the onion rings. Fabulous.

I really enjoyed these burgers. The service was better than Five Guys burgers and they had more variety. Also the group on I used for the meal helped out. It was basically half off priced for a full meal. I will definitely eat here again.

I had the great opportunity to meet the owner. I loved that he was doing the same jobs as the students working there. The food is great, the service is awesome. Its just a family friend place for my whole family, even with vegetarians
