Please think twice before eating here. The food was obviously prepared a day or two in advance and then microwaved. Salmon was completely raw, the spare ribs (For which they are known for) was actually FROZEN on the inside! Waited 1.45hrs for dinner to arrive in shifts along with the raw food. This establishment was suggested by my in-laws who have been dining there for years - obviously things have changed!

Best brunch. The building is much more formal inside than I expected. Nice atmosphere. Excellent service. My dad and husband got the steak and eggs. Man the filet mignon was like butter. So good! The waffles with carmalized bacon was very good too. The bacon was the star. It ended up being about $20 per person with drinks and appetizers. Great special occasion spot or for everyday.

Okay food, slow service Lone waitress, who was taking care of three other tables for lunch was pleasant enough, but getting our drink and food order took way too long for what wasnt all that busy of a place. The sandwich was ok, not great but not terrible, and priced about right. Id go back, mostly because of limited choices in the area

Politically Incorrect
While I usually dont like to spend a ton on eating out, the portions were substantial, food was great, beer cold, servers werent hovering over you, but were efficient. For two it was $100 including tip, not complaining though, we didnt leave hungry. It stinks that I have nothing bad to say!

My husband and I found ourselves with one of those rare Saturday nights when we were not running to soccer or baseball or dance and decided to try the Yellow House Hotel. We only had appetizers at the bar which is very quaint. The food was nicely prepared and service was good.

Lovely restored house with pleasant and accommodating staff. Food was pretty good, seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. Duck was exceptional. Atmosphere was upscale without being stuffy. A nice family dinner for a slightly older crowd.

Have the homemade pâté! And the snapper soup. Update: while the food is good, bring your own ketchup. I saw a man at table next to me double-dip his fries into it. My ketchup jar was bad and I asked for a bottle. Nope. Health hazard.

Nice building, nice people. Never had an amazing meal here but never had a bad meal here, so Id say its worth checking out. They do tend to rotate through some pretty good beers now and then, so it got that going for it.

The food was excellent. The Yellow House was very comfortable. However, the setting was overly noisy and distracting. The waiting staff was polite but very very slow. Probably will not go back.
