Worst customer service from staff at a chick-fil-a , I was rushed by the young lady and she had a attitude . When my boyfriend and I pulled up the Manager was with and angry customer ( I dont know for what reason ) so we sat in the drive thru line for maybe five mins because the angry customer wouldnt leave the check out window . We get to the drive thru and AGAIN the nasty young lady approaches "what size drink did you want ? And did you want whipped cream for your shake? " we proceeded to tell her and she rolls her eyes. The manager wasnt around to report the young lady but I also thought he would have heard her at the window because she was standing right next to him kind before . This experience was just weird coming from a chick-Fil-a whos customer service is always on point .

4/8 - After speaking with the Manager Alex , I was told if I come back hell work something out for the inconvenience I experienced. Not only did I get a refund, but he also allowed me to order a meal on the house! I was so pleasantly surprised and happy with how he handled it. Superior customer service, thank you! 4/7 -This is the closet chick-fil-a to me (30 mins drive) and its always super busy, but please do not let the long drive-thru line stop you from checking your food! This is the third time Ive ordered from here and my order was completely wrong. The first time this happened, I called and spoke with a manager and was promised a coupon in the mail which I never received. Hopefully the staff gets it together and pay more attention to following through on their service.

Ive had Chick-fil-A for years and been a customer since this new location has opened up. The food is tasty, the environment is clean, and Ive never had a complaint until now. The issue I have is the with management. They operate like a twisted elementary school. Its like the staff are the kids and they are that mean teacher you never wanted to have. They micromanage and reprimand the littlest mistake. For instance, the manager "Richard" made a request to have a headset to one of his employees. Not even five seconds later, he made the statement "I want that headset or Im writing you up". This altercation gave me brief insight into how the management works and it disgust me. Be nicer to your staff, and Ill be nicer to your rating.

This place should close the dine-in area and convert the restaurant to 100% drive thru. When you get here youll understand what I mean. The main entrance to the restaurant opens directly onto a busy street with barely any room for pedestrians. There is no sidewalk around the restaurant at all. Finding parking is atrocious and if you do get a spot chances are youll be weaving around 20+ drive-thru cars just to get to the door. That is, if you dont get hit by a car first. Needless to say were not going to risk our lives just to eat more chicken!!!

I go here every week without fail. Their staff is kind and friendly, and yes, they keep the place clean! Like most places, things get messy at the peak of the dinner rush. It is family friendly and there are a lot of kids who understandably throw food everywhere. During this time, I always see the manager going around sweeping and cleaning things up himself. They still have that old-fashioned customer service mentality that I have grown to cherish as it is so scarce nowadays. I feel like I am at a real restaurant and not a fast food joint.

I may have gone on a bad day, but the place needed a good scrub down. The walls are dirty. The floor looked sticky, and needed to be swept. There was a young man cleaning the tables with a single wet wipe that he held in his hands and played with, and made unsanitary. Workers were scratching their hair and faces, and not washing their hands. It does not operate up to the standards I have come to expect from CFL. Wont be eatting at this one!

The employees are really nice and professional and the good is always hot and fresh but Im convinced theyre either moving too fast or not paying attention. Every time I come here my order is incorrect. I ask for a large, I get a medium. I ask for one sandwich, I end up with another. Hate to give a chick-til-a 3 stars but this has happened so many times. Kinda annoying. Other than that, a quality place.

They had these little brown crispy nugget like things and my fries looked like they cut holes out of them. Both tasted like they had some mind fahlootin serum, because I wanted more of it. Those Polynesians make some finger licking sauce too! Heckuva people Ill bet. Wonder who came to Easter Island and stole that recipe?. Gotta go now. Catch ya later chicken folk.

This is a crazy busy place - Ive never been by without seeing a massive line inside or in the drive through. Folks who work here are as friendly as youd expect with a Chick-fil-A. Standard CfA fare. Lots of parking nearby. Be aware that there is *not* a playground at this location - but there is plenty of seating inside.

This Chick fil A location is very consistent with service and quality of food. Usually pretty busy in terms of long lines inside and drive through but the staff are friendly and work to keep things flowing. I highly recommend the grilled nuggets as an alternative to the fried version, they are amazing!

Hi management, During lunch rush, your workers complained of losing wifi connection when taking order form iPad. You can remedy this by installing wifi extender. This could help facilitate faster service times as workers can tend to all customers in the queue.

I love Chick Fil A, and its always remarkably busy so I am not alone. I just wish they would put lettuce and tomato back on their classic. But their waffle fries with white cheddar sauce has to be the best stuff sold in any fast food restaurant anywhere

I always love Chick-fil-A and have never has a problem at other ones but the drive-thru service wasnt up to the normal standards I see from Chick-fil-A and we were also missing an order of fries that we didnt notice until we got home.

Great food but be ready to be in the drive through or line for at least 30 minutes, its a gold mind, its that way for a reason, the food and workers are great, i like that the owner shuts down on Sundays, thats really awesome of him

Very busy place and they are well staffed. They have 2 drive through lanes and workers outside taking orders with touchscreens and so the line moves fast. Everything was great and the price better than most fast food places.

Every time Im in the area, this is my go to fast food place. Even after the Chipotle opened next door, this place is still packed. Excellent customer service every time. The best chicken sandwich anywhere!

Perhaps we went at the perfect time, but service was really fast! Food is absolutely delicious! Plenty of seating and a large drive thru. Gets very crowded at times, but worth the wait.
