This location has the best customer service of ANY fast food restaurant that Ive ever been too; including other Chick-fil-A locations. They really go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous to their customers. Often even more so than some popular sit down restaurants in the area. They are very clean, very friendly, and very helpful. It actually suprised me the first time I was here. I wouldnt even consider this location fast food anymore! The food is comparable to any other Chick-fil-A (delicious) but the customer service is in a league of its own! As I typed this, Arleen came to my table to retrieve my empty drink cup and bring me a refill! Anyone who would give this place any less than 5 stars must have an axe to grind or is one of those people who can never be pleased. The only complaint that I have about this place has more to do with the parents who allow their children that are too old/big for the play area to go in and act like animals. The sign clearly has a height limit. Some people just do whatever they want and it is clearly reflected by their little brats behavior.

My experience here today was one of the best, if not the best Ive had here and at any other fast food restaurant Ive visited. The restaurant was very busy today and all of the employees remained calm and worked as a team to ensure everyones order was correct and satisfactory to our needs. My cashier today, Morgan, was very friendly and helpful in assissting me in the selection of a salad dressing for the cob salad I ordered since I couldnt decide on which one I would have liked the most. Our service with her was the best Ive had at any Chick-fil-A Restaurant and any other competitor restaurant. If any of the managers read this review, please let Morgan know of this. Thank you.

As I have on a previous occasion, I again reiterate that Chik-fil-A is a class act that is hard to follow. We have dined at the venues in Warrington, Montgomeryville and the recently opened venue in Warminster, PA. All are top-notch with very professional staff members. PLUS, the food is delicious! !!

Once again excellent food excellent service sometimes we go through the drive-through sometimes they mess up the orders but otherwise Chick-fil-A always have a I spent six years working at the one in the Willow and the Montgomeryville mall so its a special spot for me the sandwiches are delicious

Employees were very friendly and caring. Extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the customers needs. Food was hot and fresh. I normally dont rate and give feed back but this place deserved 5 stars in my opinion and experience. Sandy was a big part of my experience here aswell.

We ordered at counter and the food arrived at our table before we could sit down. As always, the food is good and cooked perfectly. Person came around twice to refill drinks. This chain sets a very high mark for all others to reach.

Amazing service here. After I ordered my meal at drive-thru, I realized I forgot my wallet and told the guy I had to cancel it. They gave it to me for free. This is the kind of service that permeates and creates loyal customers.

Neat and clean. Especially I was impressed when I saw the manager come around and clean those high chairs. The kids seating is cleaned very well and wet napkins are available for hands. Kids enjoy the indoor gym.

The food is standard fare which is a good deal and well prepared. This restaurant and service is not up to the high standards of the Chic-fil-As Ive visited in the south along RT95. They could do better.

Kid friendly with lots of seating. Gets busy lunch and dinner times but never had to wait too long for my food. Chicken sandwiches are great similar to other Chick-fil-As and service is also great.

This store is great for a quick pick up of chic fil a ! It is always crowded, but most of the malls staff relocated to here. Unless youre physically in the mall go here!
