It is a shame that my local KFC (Georgetown, DE) sucks as bad as it does. They are consistently very slow. Cars are constantly pulling out of line at the drive through due to the long wait. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through yesterday (7-15-2014) before I pulled out of line other cars did not wait as long as I did. I ended up going to the local McDonalds and waited in line about three minutes and was on my way. I have posted my complaints/concerns to KFCs website twice and never received any feedback. That in itself is poor customer service!!! Hopefully a Popeyes will open soon in my neighborhood.

It seemed like they were understaffed. One woman was trying her best to take orders and make sure they were being filled while another employee up front was bouncing from station to station. Once I was able to order, the woman apologized for the wait and quickly processed my order. After I paid, I waited maybe 1-2 minutes to receive my food. I took my order to go, but the dining area seemed reasonably clean for the amount of traffic they were experiencing.

Staff is great and wonder .. Night manager is an ass accusing me of taking a picture of the staff when her staff was not even in it n I was not even taking anything just had phone up acting like I was even told her to look at my phone if she wanted to I have NONETHING TO HIDE 2/17/2017

Stopped for lunch and after seeing the womans restroom I refused to eat here. The bathroom was beyond disgusting and I couldnt exit the restaurant quick enough. I would NOT eat here. If that is how the bathroom is, I would hate to see the kitchen. Gross.

Greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I eat my $5 fill up basket on the bus, at my house, and at school. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. $5 fill up for the win.

Worst service ever!! Only 3 people ahead of me in divethru and took 40 minutes. I lived here my whole life and its always terrible here, get it together or just shut down

Waited 10 minutes for food, and it was delicious and hot. Dining area and restrooms were mildly dirty. Staff was too busy to determine if they were polite.

Food is good to bad drive thru service isnt. I asked when ordering for honey mustard and root beer. Get home and have no sauce and a coke.
