Wow! What can I say. Ive traveled a lot. Ive been to many many Taco Bells all over the United States. This was hands-down, the worst Ive ever been too. I would have given it a half star, but I cant apparently do that. To start off, taking my order was day enough, but I literally waited over 20 minutes to get my food! There were only two people in line ahead of me. I think the drive through was hopping and stood there and watched then make 7 or 8 orders that went to the cars. So finally, they called my number. Yes! Ok, they forgot my nachos. "Oh, here it is" sitting in done back corner apparently. Shoot, it has beef, I specifically said beans instead of beef. Take it back. Heres another. It had also apparently been made and was sitting in a back corner getting soggy and cold. My wife starts to eat her bean burrito that wed asked without onions. Surprise! It has onions. Take that back and asked for a burrito without onions and realize theyve never given us our red sauce on the side, which theyd also charged us for. Which no other Taco Bell charges us for. So now we finally have all our food. Absolutely terrible. Beans were cold and undercooked. The chips on my nachos are soggy which was probably okay since they tasted terrible anyway. My wife had also gotten some potato wedges from the KFC which were actually okay and the second burrito they made for her was actually okay as well. I actually asked for my money back which I have never done at any restaurant ever, fast food or otherwise. Avoid at all costs. It is definitely not worth it.

Had to give one star or I wouldnt have. Went here for the KFC, got my order, a box of 3 pieces of original recipe with mashed potatoes and gravy. Driving home, stuck my hand in the box to grab a piece and got a handful of potatoes and gravy. Had to pull over turn on a light and look, to find out the bottom of the container was broken on the mashed, and it was all over the inside of the box, all over everything. It looked gross, pieces of the Styrofoam container were in the food, I couldnt eat the potatoes. Tried to salvage the chicken, but was so grossed out, I barely ate it. It honestly appeared that someone returned this and had dropped it or something. I had asked if it was possible to get a meal that was just chicken and potatoes bc I dont eat the bread or drink soda, rather than buy separate pcs, and the guy was like sure I have that, and gave it to me quick, like it was all ready, and considering it was barely warm and damaged, ugh just gross. If it wasnt the drive thru, and I hadnt driven far toward home already, or lived closer, I would have gone back. I considered calling or going there next time I was nearby, but decided, after the fact, w/o seeing it, who would believe it? I will NEVER get food there again. Im disgusted!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered my food. When I got my receipt I noticed it was nothing that I had ordered. We went into the store to get our order right, we waited 10 mins in there. We went out to our car and noticed that 2 of the items we ordered were not in the bag. It seems like every time we go in there, there is a problem. A few weeks prior to this incident I went and ordered 2 burritos in the store. We went out to the parking lot and I had noticed that the burritos were wrong. I tried to go right back into the store and they had locked the doors. I then drove around to the drive thru and they would not answer the speaker, I then drove up to the window and they refused to acknowledge me. I am so dissapointed with this store anymore.

Staying at hotel down the street and was helpful having a KFC HERE. Been there two times, first time I asked pot pie fill up and aside of potatoes and gravy, they gave me a cup of gravy no potatoes . Two days later, Second time same thing I order, but this time no cookie,,,,, dont get it, what is so hard about getting a single order right??? Maybe if they would show some manners and be professional Instead of yelling back and forth about everything except the job, then maybe they will get the orders right,, just thought,,,, dont think Ill ever go back,, so sad

well first let me start off their is this one guy named Sebastian that was very good to me and will always be kind he served my chicken so good i cant even explain he is also very polite i think he should deserve a raise he works really hard and if i make a hour drive just to go to that kfc and to make my day Sebastian is their so i think he deserve a raise now

I come here for the vegetarian options at Taco Bell. Andrews customer service at the counter is off the chains and the food comes out quick too, even when its busy. I hardly ever do online reviews but just had to give a shout-out. Give that guy a raise, seriously.

They have nice selection of mexi food. Fresh a hot usually. The help is friendly and try to make sure they are happy. They need to do something about greasy chicken and change grease more often.I dont eat the chicken. What ever happened to 4 pc chicken???.

Never know what youre going to get with this awful taco Bell. One day the food is fine, the next its so bad you cant even eat it. Way too inconsistent for me to eat there again. Last time was the final straw.

Taco bell / kfc, but the staff are very pleasant handle them self very well and professional take care from placeing your order till handling you your bag good place one of the best in the area!

Out of chicken at 12 in the afternoon and the sodas even tasted terrible. Service was terrible and impatient when we were the only customers. Worst KFC Ive ever eaten at and will never return

Ignore the hygeine at the seating area. Food is good, and customer service is great. Plus you get both KFC and Taco Bell at the same place, so lot of options to choose from.
