Got my food to go. There was a wait and it seemed like there was a lil disorganization and there was gonna be a wait on the Mac and cheese because of lack of communication between the front and back workers, so we were recommended to order another side. I also ordered an extra side of coleslaw but was never put in the bag to go. The food was great the service was friendly. But it just seemed like they didnt know what was going on. I called in and was able to pick up my missing coleslaw the next day.

This is the only Popeyes ive been to. They have great service here due to the friendly staff. Food is delivered quickly and I hardly have to wait. Prices are reasonable compared to other fast food restaurants. The place is always kept clean and they have updated their soda dispenser which is a great addition in my opinion. They also have TVs in the restaurant which could be better if they chose better channels or had better content to run.

I have been here probably 2 dozen times, but only left with food about 10. i cant tell you how often i pull up, order, and they tell me what i want isnt available, isnt thawed, is out of stock, what have you. And then there are the three times where i left with something completely different than i ordered. Sometimes theyre extremely pleasant, sometimes they are downright mean. Its a crap shoot on a good day.

Theres always this guy, who I think is the manager, whos always on drive thru and hes really not pleasant at all. Hes snappy and mean. Just a few minutes ago, I ordered a three piece combo with dark meat and all Ive gotten were two tiny ass wings and a breast. Wheres the dark meat? Enlighten me if all of a sudden breast meat became dark meat. Like damn, if you dont have it, just dont hand it out or ask.

Took the kids over for dinner and when we got there, there was one person in front of us. We decided what we wanted to eat and was going to order when the person at the counter decided to wait on five other people that came in after us. After waiting 10 minutes with no service we decided to leave and go to McDonalds. I dont think well be going there again.

Just drove through the drive-thru 15 minutes ago and ordered the popcorn shrimp combo with Mac and cheese. The popcorn shrimp was hard as a rock like theyve had it out all day.. The biscuit was cold and hard. Ive been here a few times and every time Ive come the workers are all nasty and rude and they always mess your order up. I will never go again.

I dont know about management behaving bad, but this location was very, very, crazy cleaned. Restroom was super clean... counter tops, drink station, tables, chairs, floor, doors, including the menu... hot food and everything. I would give it a 10 rating.

Recently remodeled which makes it a lot more pleasant to eat at. They keep it clean and they recently got one of those Coke machines that does something like a 100 different drinks.

They have items on the menu they no longer serve. The rotund black manager acts as if he could give a rats behind. The soda was flat. This is a place I wont be visiting again.
