When this Panara opened it was awesome! As the years went by, it became "sloppy." The tables have food, crumbs or salad dressing on them. The original people arent there any longer, the servers in the back just plop the food in the bowl, smears of food on the soup or salad bowl. Its a shame, the food is pricey for a quick meal. I have to eat there occasionally, but my husband refuses to eat there at this location. We used to eat there religiously 1-3x a week. Now I am the only who stops because Im vegetarian, (live 6.5 miles away) and it is quick for me to grab something not meat related. How I came to this conclusion: I have eaten at the Panara in the Galaria, & the South Park shops, its like night and day! I havent stopped at the Caste Panara yet. And weve eaten at Panaras in Ohio. I think the managers at Southland need to get retrained in order to retrain the servers, something needs to be done, but Ive never been in the restaurant business. I am not complaining about lazy everyone is working hard especially at lunch. Im not sure what the problem is. With that said, Ill still stop even though I have just complained. Im very irritated over a man about (age 65-75) bringing an empty Panara coffee cup and filling it up everyday and NOT paying for it. I pay for my coffee and food, and this guy gets free coffee and DOES NOT buy any food. Hes there for free internet and coffee.

Doing a cross country trip and I find paneras to be great internet cafes. However I dont think ive been to apanera with worse wifi than this one. Nice decor, love the food, but terrible internet speed. Talked to other customers, they were have problems, talked to employees, they know its horrible. Im not writing this to be hateful, Im just writing this to give management a heads up, maybe theyll give it a fix. Edit: management must have read this review because next day internet improved dramatically compared to the previous days of the week SO for my use, this is now a 5 star internet cafe :)

I placed a large To Go order and when I brought it home, realized is was wrong. I called the manager (a male, cant remember his name), he apologized, took my name and address and said he would send me coupons, which I never received. Paneras food is good, very expensive, and almost every location I have been to gets the order wrong every time.

Quieter Panera with minimal outdoor seating directly on the sidewalk by the parking lot. On the small side, so minimal outlets available. Eggs in the morning for sandwiches tend to be overcooked with grey around the yolk.

I love Panera, unfortunately this one is not soo great. It seems they dont really care. Ive been to the one in Caste and they are awesome there. Whoever runs that place should come here and clean up.

Dont like the new Italian sandwich. I liked the Italian combo much better. My husband likes the chicken Caesar sandwich. That is no longer on the menu either.

I love their bread and soups. Their drinks are very good as well. Service is friendly and fast. Ive ordered bread for pickup and its always ready.
