The food is great! The service and cleanliness are horrible. We were totally ignored for way too long while employees chatted. The order was taken wrong and I had to correct her. Then it took a full 10 minutes for just a small hamburger, no other orders ahead of us. Cleanliness? The floor is littered w not only peanut shells, bit cup lids, napkins, piles of sand... And the counters were dirty as well. There was one (hispanic?) employee who looked like she was doing her job, restocking and picking up a bit.

Went to this location and ordered a bun-less burger since I am sensitive to gluten. I also declared that I have an allergy to gluten to the order-taker. She acted like I was talking a foreign language. Dont think the information was ever portrayed to the cook. Within 30 minutes after eating I was sick... Every other Five Guys I have been to have been awesome about taking reasonable preventative measures and I have never have gotten sick. If you are sensitive, avoid this location...

Burger felt like I was eating cancer. Granted, they did get my order wrong and smothered the meat in nasty, liquid cheese. Ordered the "little" fries and she filled half a paper bag, so most of that was wasted. Also: whatup with the heavy metal music and garish, red decor? Clearly, these "five guys" are all obnoxious, stupid, and fat! If you want to be too, eat here

Straightforward burgers. Quality beef that hasnt slid downhill over the years like a lot of chain restaurants do as they become larger and more popular. Fries are tasty, and abundant. On the off chance you havent eaten at a Five Guys before, order the next size down of whatever fries youd normally order.
