We drove here from the Fridays in Cherry Hill, where service was so horrible starting at the hostess that I couldnt bear the thought of spending any money there. I thought that since we wanted to eat at a Fridays and had a pleasant enough experience here before that it was worth the 35 minute drive from the other Fridays. As soon as we walked in the hostess experience was exponentially better than what we had just endured. After being seated it took a minute for our server, Tim, to make his way to us, but he ended up being a great a server and we had a really enjoyable meal. Turned the whole evening around. Tim is aces, dont hold the fact that he looks like Zac Efron against him. I have to remember to eat here more often. EDIT: Back again about a month after the above review and again seated with Tim and having a similarly good experience, which for my family to have back to back pleasant experiences is almost unheard of. Was a little wait for the mains but overall another good stop and no complaints whatsoever.

Took a min, of 20mins to receive our beverages , we ordered flat bread (appetizer) asked for them to leave off the BBQ sauce , it came out about 25 min later with BBQ on it dried out and burnt , as a server myself didnt want to make a fuss so let it go and just ate what we could of it , well then we both ordered the same thing chicken /shrimp pasta , , that came to our table promptly , but after first bite could not eat it , this too was burnt , (the chicken tasted charred and was dry , even the sauce looked old , very dark in color , now we had to say something , the waitress agreed it did look darker then usual and took it off our check and offered us to try something else by this point , we were a bit discussed , and just payed our Bill , we still Left the waitress about a 25 percent tip , but must say as a server myself I dont believe she should of brought the food to us looking burnt and knowing it did not look appetizing what so ever

It has been a long time since i had a customer experience worthy of complaint. My visit to this restaurant for lunch today definitely qualifies. We were greeted and seated quickly, and the waitress who came to take our orders came promptly, upon which i clearly let her know that our time was limited to our one-hour lunch break and to bring the checks in 50 minutes. We ordered drinks and appetizers and a few minutes later our entrees. Twenty minutes later our drinks came. Sodas and iced teas took twenty minutes. The next thing we got was the checks. The delivery of the food began after the arrival of the checks - almost an hour after we ordered. We left the checks and the food on the table. It was as if the staff did not even try. No apologies, no "sorry it took so long," no explanation for the wait, nothing. Any empathy or attempt to render service would have been appreciated but none was received.

UPDATE: No one standing at the hostess stand. Decided to come here again. Asked the server if they could leave out certain ingredients in our entrees. Received them and what do you know? We received everything we said we didnt want. Decided to pick through it instead of waiting for another entree to be made. Wasnt such a big deal, but wed expect everything to be correct. Especially if were only 1 of 2 tables that that particular server had on a slow weekday night. Server was nice. Food was okay. Burger was burned and fries where old. I just ordered something else. I do like the everyday happy hour drinks. They were good. Menu is small and simple, as far as entrees go. I like the mini pretzel and wing apps. I work at a restaurant, so with that being said, I shouldnt have received unpolished silverware (silverware that isnt wiped off after coming out of the dish washer).

Nothing is ever consistent here. I am always getting a different experience either with food, drinks or staff. I have never had the same waiter or waitress here ever. I dont even see the same people here when I come back. The menu seems to change every other month with additions or subtractions. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it isnt very good. The only consistency has been the prices continue to go up. I used to be able to get a hamburger meal for under 10 dollars which last I checked isnt possible now. Drink prices are never available ahead of time unless there is a special. I tend to stay away from this TGIFridays due to worries that I will get a poor experience which I know is inevitable with this place as it has happened before.

First off, service was great. It was swamped but the server kept checking on us and assuring us he didnt forget about us. It being swamped meant the food came out slow, which is understandable. That said, for these prices, I wish they made slightly more of an effort. The food was microwaved (shocker, I know) and I wish it had been slightly cheaper because of that. They nuked the entire plate. That included my celery (which was warm and floppy) and the ranch dipping sauce (which was my first time seeing heated ranch... It was rather gross). The drinks were pretty okay and generous. Id have to go back at a slightly less busy time to give them a better or worse review.

This place sucks. I had 7pm rsvp and did not get seated until 730pm. Then the hostess was very rude and didnt care. We asked her for her take on what is good on the drinks menu and she said she dont know or care. She said she is pregnant with twins so she dont know anything about drinks.i asked her so you didnt drink before you were pregnant? She said yes but she too busy to now to even look at our Ids let alone tell us what is good on the menu. Long story short, we left unhappy be because we didnt Get any plates, napkins or water until we asked several times. And it took a long time to even get our bill . I will never go back.0 stars.

Used to be my favorite spot but no more. Since the upgrade the menu is HORRIBLE. Menu is literally ONE page. The waiter thought trying to act like my friend would compensate for the piss poor service he gave me on my 1st lunch date with my daughter. Food arrived cold. But that was to be expected since I waited all day for it. Do yourself a favor, GO SOME WHERE ELSE. Tgif is NOT the same. At thus point who ever gives this place anything more than 2 stars must be an employee or a friend of an employee. I HATE to go somewhere for a good meal especially when Im hungry and get this crappy experience. Definitely lost a LOYAL customer.

Took the family in July 24th, 2017 to eat. The forks and the knives werent clean at all, they had food dried on them we told the waiter he got us new forks and knives with the same problem. In July 25th, I found out all the kids that were with me from my family are sick. 6 kids are sick now because someone careless didnt clean the silverware. Today is July 28th and the kids are still sick. The coleslaw was horrible when I told the waiter he said that I wasnt the first customer to say that. I told him that he and the chief must try it. Im really disappointed I used to like this restaurant but not anymore.
