An ex-chef here. On two half chickens, most of the skin was missing as was a wing on one. The meat was hard, undercooked, and tasteless. The St. Louis ribs taste like hot dogs and ketchup. The meatloaf is flavorless. The turkey slices are bland to average. The mashed potatoes are very good but gave us stomach aches. The gravy tastes like toilet cleaner (yes, it really is that bad.) The sweet potato casserole is the worst that we have tasted, but still edible (it is difficult to totally mess up sweet potatoes, vanilla, brown sugar, marshmallows, and molasses.) The stuffing is boring as are the cinnamon apples, garlic dill potatoes, and rice. I suspect that Boston Market caters to those who prefer mild (aka virtually flavorless) food. The sandwiches have good bread but mediocre contents. The cornbread is tiny, usually cold, and sometimes inexplicably wet. The Barqs root beer is very good, but some grocery stores sell it where it is a lot cheaper. The service is often polite but annoyingly slow. One or two employees are downright nasty. Even with coupons the prices are high. Even the buy-one-meal-get-one-free coupon is not a bargain because the food is not that good. Overall, there are numerous better choices within blocks.

HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE! STAY AWAY! Forget what "doitdoitdoit" says; he gives everyone five stars. Boston Markets coupons are a ripoff, as they add a fee if you use them. They hire the nastiest employees they can find. The chicken is often undercooked, and I heard that they spit in the food, which does not surprise me considering that the staff is pure ghetto trash. Also, the prices are outrageously high for the minuscule amount of food that you get. I shall never return to this miserable toxic waste dump.

The closest to a complete homemade meal you can get. Id pick Boston Market over a diner any day. They need more staff or something to speed up the lines. The employees are friendly and move as fast as you expect. You stand in the line waiting entirely to long. Boston Markets that are in malls are the worst. Finding a parking space can on most days be frustrating. Couple that with the standing in line at times you say forget it and go elsewhere.

Honestly I WILL NOT get my ribs from any other bar or restaurant. Mouth watering Boston made ribs. If you like them a little more on the tender side just asked. They fall off the bone. Meatloaf almost like moms. Theres not 1 side thats bad. Thats why every time Ive ever gone there even if its 7pm theres always people getting food and thats not because theyre short handed believe me.

Most of Boston Markets sides are canned and even the "fresh" ingredients taste like they were frozen at some point. Even lowly KFC, Churchs, and Popeyes almost always use fresh chicken except for their boneless chicken like nuggets and patties.

A rude staff, undercooked or overcooked food, and most ingredients are canned or frozen - even the chicken. Look at the bone discoloration for proof. Boston Market basically sells overpriced leftovers.
