We heard great things about Bacco until last night dinner on 2/27/16. We had a reservation at 8pm for 8 people and got seated right away; however at a table tightly set for 12. After 15.mn, we had to ask them to remove the 4 extra chairs( We finally got some elbow room). Six of ordered appetizer. Six appetizers came out one at a time in an average of 15mn apart, then we waited another 15 minutes before for our main course were served. Some of our main course were could. Our two friends who didnt order any appetizer waited about 1 1/2 for their pizza. It was very disorganized !!! Food might have tasted better if they were served hot or at least warm. I was embarrassed because I recommend Bacco. Fortunately our friend and her family whom we hadnt seen for six months did not complain in our presence. Embience was nice. We are not sure if we want to return since there are many good restaurants with prompt service to dine at. Hope you pay attention to these issues. Best of luck !

The pizza is absolutely the best around and nothing makes me happier than sitting outside on their updated patio (so nice) but RichG13 is spot on with the consistency problem. Ive eaten there about 7 or 8 times and beyond pizza you never know what you are going to get. I hesitate from taking anyone there because Ive had wonderful food and Ive had terrible food that truly doesnt stand up to Olive Garden (with the exception of pizza that has always been delicious). In addition, when I did get bad food the management response was non-existent, it took 15 minutes for them to come over and the woman seemed to have an attitude about my request for a replacement. My family was long done eating by the time that every came and it didnt come with another apology. It seems the owners who also host and manage have a do not care attitude. Im confused by that - dont they want it wonderful all the time?

I havent yet visited the restaurant but after my experience with their catering this past Saturday, I cant wait! The food was SO fresh and amazing, all of my guests were blown away. AND all the entrees came delivered hot and steamy, the salad was crisp and beautiful, and they even added bread to the order which everyone LOVED. In addition to the fabulous food, coordinating for my fiances surprise birthday party with Josephine was such a smooth process I would do it again in a heartbeat. My fiance and I recently moved to the area so I had no idea what restaurants were good/dependable/could deliver-- Bacco is all of that. As a former server and manager of an Italian restaurant, I have very high expectations.. I am beyond glad I found Bacco and am looking forward to our first time at the restaurant! Thanks again Josephine!

We had dinner their last night (first time for my husband, 2nd time for myself & daughter). The food quality has gone down hill. Our eggplant parmisan was mushy and had a horrible after taste. I think they burned it and hid the burnt in the middle. When we told the waitress she shrugged her shoulders and brushed us off. I have had better meals at the Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill for half the cost! Added a "large crowd" gratuity - I would not consider 3 people a large crowd. And our waitress did not come around to refill our drinks or check on us. We asked to see the manager and she brushed us off too! I think a a restaurant that serves consistantly good food and has excellent wait-staff can get away with charging so much for a meal, but this one.........what a dissapointment!

They have great pizzas. Theyre pricier than the chain places, but oh so worth it. I just got back from dinner with two friends and again realized why I prefer ordering pizza to go. The service here could do with some improvement, perhaps better staff training. Its not a formal restaurant its more family style, so I dont expect butler levels of attention but soda refills, sugar for the coffee, not waving the knife butter or otherwise near a customer are things that shouldnt have to be pointed out in person or in an online review. If you go for dinner, expect a wait. The food is usually good. You can even order off the menu items, such a spaghetti vongola.

I have never had an experience as bad as the one I had on Saturday 9/172016. I have been to Baco several times before and had average or better service .Saturday I took a friend for his 70 th birthday and was treated like garbage. We waited over an hour after we were seated to get water and bread. after that the waiter (Francesco) came back with the wrong drinks twice . Upon food finally arriving they skipped our appetizers and went right to the entrees. When we informed him of the situation he boxed up the appetizers and sent them home with us . In the end we were given a half hearted apology and sent on our way . Never Again !

Granted there is almost no good food in this area, Bacco never fails to create a mediocre experience in every way. The servers are inexperienced and lack class and subtlety. For example, incessantly interrupting important conversation to ask if we would like refills on our waters. Also, as soon as the check was brought the service ended completely and we were ignored the rest of the evening. The food always leaves much to be desired, so you better show up very hungry and skip the antipasto if you want to make it through an entre . This is a tough place to impress a client and i would not suggest it as a "wine and dine" choice.

I stopped here to get Pizza because it was on the way to my friends house. It was my turn to bring the pizza. I also like Brooklyn style pizza and it was on the menu. The Brooklyn pie was horrible. I dont think they put any garlic on the pizza and I dont know if its normal to put the basil on afterwards but either way, they didnt put very much basil on the pie. It looked and tasted like stewed tomatoes with way too much cheese (mozzarella balls). I think some slices didnt have any sauce/tomatoes on it. I think Ill stick to my local place for Brooklyn pies. Also it was rather expensive pizza, especially for the poor quality.

Sundays Baccos does not have a Lunch Portion Option on its Menu, which is what we had Wanted ! The Menu does Not State that...We had requested the Lunch Portion and were told it is not Available on Sundays...Only the Dinner Portion...We .."could Bag the Leftovers"... My Escort, who had owned a Italian Restaurant for over 20 years himself stated "Thats Rediculous.Customers should be taken care of....It Does Not say that clearly on the Menu...No Wonder the Tables are Practically Empty on a Sunday..Wont be back on a Sunday"! The food as Service was fine, of course...

How can a restaurant of this kind has a manager I think her name is (Josephine) arrogant and inadequate with customers who bring their own money? my wife and I were treated like pieces for the bathroom !!!! It is presented first of all in very vulgar manner in miniskirts even had had 20 years ridiculous !!! My wife was embarrassed !!! I had spoken well and are very disappointed because in the end I ate well but I would not return if I were the owner I would change immediately this rude manager !!! It was supposed to be a nice evening ..
