Cant speak to their dinners, but their lunches are enough to keep me from ever trying one. Ive given Brazzo a couple of tries for a quick lunch since theyre so convenient to get to when Im working from home. The first time, I got the cheesesteak lunch combo and was disappointed as soon as I took it out of the bag. The cheesesteak was good, but it was served on a ~6" roll. I would never have expected such a tiny sandwich for $9, but it was good, so I didnt mind it too much. The second time I got the Italian hoagie and I was disappointed again. When I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of french fries, so they were replaced with "fried potatoes" because thats what their hoagies "were usually served with anyway". Im not sure how a restaurant runs out of french fries (or serves fried potatoes with their hoagies), but I would have appreciated being told that when I placed my order so I could replace the fries with something Id actually eat. When I got home and took the platter out of the bag this time, I was disappointed with the sandwich AND the side. The hoagie consisted of 4 (yes, 4) thick, whole tomato slices, a mound of lettuce & onion, and a SINGLE slice of each meat and cheese on a 6 inch roll. I took most of the vegetables off and still had a hard time convincing myself I wasnt eating a vegetable sandwich. The potatoes may have been fried at one point, but were just reheated and thrown into the platter with my veggies, so I had some nice, warm tomatoes to go with my microwaved potatoes. Will I ever try their food ever again? Nope, and I would recommend you give some more thought if you find yourself hungry around lunchtime in Harleysville. Wawa, which is right down the street, has MUCH better sandwiches for half the price - thats saying something.

We have been regular customers at Brazzos for many years but no longer. There has been a steady decline in quality and service over the past year. Most recently, I had ordered a particluar dish and was given something else. Unfortunately because it was take-out I did not notice the mistake until I got home. When I called, the owner answered and told me that there was no mistake, I was given that because they were out of what I ordered. When I told him that that consitituted a mistake, I was hung up on. We will never patronize this restaurant again and encourage others as well until the owner decides that lack of options in the area does not allow him to offer sub-par service.

Just called to book a wedding rehearsal and while it was at first okayed, the owner then came on the phone and said it was not possible due to the time (6PM) and the size of the group (30). I understand that. But when I asked if he had any recommendations, he said No--no one would be able to accommodate us. No one? Seriously? No one? He then went on to suggest that if we were willing to do 7:30 he could do it--he should have started with this! By this time, I was just annoyed and wouldnt go there if he paid me.

Delicious meal at great price. I just came back from dinner and it was really good. Ravioli with shrimp and a half a lobster tail in a red sauce. And the waitress was friendly and on-the-ball. The owner even came out to say hello. Grab a bottle (or two) of wine or your favorite beer and enjoy the food and friendly atmosphere at half the cost of a high-end restaurant. Ill be back soon.

This is not just a pizza place. The have good pasta dishes, it is clean, the waitstaff are friendly and the homemade bread is excellent.

Lasagne was obviously reheated, totally cold at the bottom. Bitter, gross eggplant. Dont waste your time or money.
